Alsalam Medical Centre

I needed a script and found this clinic on HotDoc. Will definitely use again. Friendly, welcoming reception staff member (unfortunately I’ve forgotten her name). Dr. Winston was lovely, caring and helpful. Bulk billed which is also a bonus.

Dr. Iman is the most genuine, caring and kindest GP we’ve visited in Melbourne. She takes time to listen to your concerns and address them. The clinic has a really positive, warm and welcoming vibe to it.

My experience with this clinic is very good. I have been seeing Dr Iman for some time now and could not recommend a better doctor. Dr Iman cares and takes time with patients.
In addition the Reception staff are friendly and organised.

The receptionist’s and doctors are very kind, professional as well. They get the job done while making u feel comfortable and are very respectable about the way they do their job. If you’re not choosing al salam medical center as you’re #1 choice then your making a mistake

The entire experience from booking an appointment, arriving, being seen by the doctor and booking my next appointment was a breeze, even with all the extra processes we need to go through because of COVID. The receptionist and the doctor were lovely, friendly and helpful and I really had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

The receptionists need more and proper training. They did not clear who is the patient, who needs to be cared. Horrible service manner. If possible I would give no star.

Dr Adnan has completely changed my perception of visiting the GP. He was very caring and friendly and was very thorough. I was used to being rushed in an out by many doctors and many other clinics but the time and effort he put into my appointment was excellent.

Good doctors no question there but as for the receptionists they need to left up their game. I waited more than 50 minutes in two occasions and no one had the decency of letting me know that my doctor is running late, and on the second occasion the no care attitude of the receptionist saying that "well if you're not happy tell the doctor ". Very unprofessional of the receptionist (13/7/20 2 pm), that is not how you deal with customers or patients.

Can't say enough about Alsalam Medical Centre. Both Dr Iman and Dr Laila are highly professional and genuinely caring.
And the girls at reception are also very thoughtful and supportive.
I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Great caring doctors that are very thorough and dont rush you out the door like most bulk billing surgeries do highly recommend
