Al's Pizza

As in rainy Sunday my daughter decided to buy pizza and the only place to buy is Al’s. Happy with the lot. I went to pick the foods and was ready. Home in few minutes to indulge all the hot foods in the dreadful weather. Happy tummy.

Easy to order online, pick up was on time and quick. Pizza was delicious. I’m a repeat customer because of all this.

Good pizzas. Prices gone up $16.50 for large. Prices have gone up $5 in the past 12 months but still comparable to other pizza shops.

I was waiting for some pizzs's to be made & the owner told a delivery driver that their order would be another 15 minutes. When their order was ready, the owner then asked the driver where their delivery bag was? Driver didn't have one & then was asked to cancel the delivery & a new delivery driver would have to be found. The delivery driver then said they should have told him that a bag was needed when he first walked in & was told to wait 15 minutes. Driver said he wasted his time & now the order would also be cold for the customer. Pizza maker didn't care & was rude, kept saying cancel the order mate

Twice now we’ve been disappointed.both times I specifically asked for only a little bit of tomato sauce on the base and little bit of cheese, half the amount they would normally use. Both times pizza drowned in cheese. Even paid extra for it tonight because it’s a public holiday.

Beware …Tonight 20th December at Big Als Brentford Sq the lass on duty tried to charge me $33 on my card for a large meat lovers pizza, instead of $11.90, when challenged she apologised
We are regular customers, the pizza is always lovely but I’m really disgusted and disappointed at this blatant attempt
of daylight robbery.

Just ordered from the newly-opened Eltham location today. Wow! Did not disappoint. The pizzas were enormous, toppings were generous and the crust was fantastic! Well done!

Ordered the vegetarian with extra mushrooms and it was wonderful - my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and we’ll be back! Can happily recommend. Topping was tasty and generous and the crust just right.

WOW! That was amazing.everything was made to perfection and i think ill be eating here every night for the rest of my life! Absolutely incredible and life changing experience as soon as my teeth sunk into the first slice of gods gift itself. I LOVE ALS PIZZA YUMMY YUMMY

Ordered online! Arrived there, wait another 35 min to get a pizza ready! Not recommended if you want to use your time efficiently!

We eagerly anticipated Al's opening in Eltham. The prices are competitive and the pizzas are good - in the ballpark of Nando's. However it doesn't compare to Bolton pizza, which it replaced. Still it's good value for money

While their pizza is good. The store docket management and online ordering is useless.
Twice online order was delayed by 30 mins even after getting estimated time. And today the order was prepared late and docket was lost so all the staff were scrambling to find the order.
Won't be long before they start adding the in store dockets and receipts as pizza toppings.
Won't recommend them at all on a busy day.
The team needs to stop excusing everything on being crazy busy.

Customer service was good, easy to order online, text msg when ready and good service when picked up.
However the pizza, bbq chicken, was very ordinary, a case of quantity over quality with toppings. Realised that i wasn't enjoying the pizza with each bite, but wolfing it down because really hungry. Also, bbq sauce had a sharp aftertaste didn't like.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order through Doordash and after 40mins of waiting received a call from Al's Pizza saying that they don't do orders through Doordash anymore and they would cancel the service with Doordash tomorrow morning.no words.

We have been customers for a number of years, however no longer. Tonight the pizza was not properly cooked, the base was so soft there was no support to the pizza, absolutely covered in olives, after specifically ordering no olives, a most unappetising pizza.

On 8th Nov evening ordered BBQ Chicken pizza takeaway. Realised after coming home that pizza was not cut at all. Asked for serviettes to girl and without even any attempt she said no serviettes in shop.
Could see having fun and laugh in the shop.bad business ethics

Every pizza from here is delicious & our guests love them. I'm vegetarian & their veggie pizza with added oregano, garlic & jalepeno is the bomb! Wish I'd found Al's sooner.

New owners in August 2019.
They are currently learning the business, pizza is ok, not yet as good as previously.
The shop no longer runs 'like clockwork' as it had done before, despite them keeping a few of the regular staff.
I would think with a bit of time this lovely pizza place will be back to being one of the best.
