Great fun for everyone fishing for trout and salmon. Rods, bait and bucket supplied. Just pay for any fish you catch at reasonable rates including cleaning. Smoked trout also available. Highly recommend.

Nice and peaceful experience. Plenty of fish. Kid friendly activity. We received a the rod and all the necessary instructions.

We went in the afternoon and found it to be a calm and quiet place with only few other people fishing. We caught around 7 rainbow trouts and cooked 2 of them at the farm. The owner was very helpful and got us the fishes marinated. Highly recommended for kids and families.

An incredibly informative, interesting morning. You can learn so much about the breeding, feeding and farming of trout and salmon. Great operation.

What an amazing place and service level! Wow! Excellent quality and value for money. I would recommend for the ones that have not tried it yet the golden trout. It is much richer than rainbow trout and it goes very well with baked baby potatoes. Thank you Draga for having us!

My son and I caught three very big trout, they cleaned the fish for us. All up it only cost $35, we had a lot off fun and dinner for the while family was sorted. Definitely going back.

Absolutely delicious smoked trout and fantastic dip! The king of dips, in fact! I get some on the way up to baw baw every time but still haven't tried fishing there myself. The guys there are great too - very friendly and helpful. The place recently suffered damage from the storms in June so make sure you support them once they open up again! I'll be stocking up!

Loved having a yarn with the owner of this trout farm on a quiet Thursday, and picked up a couple of yummy smoked tours for our sandwiches. They are sweet and salty and good value.

If you are after rainbow/golden trout to catch and eat at an alternative location for an amazing low price (in comparison to other trout farms) then this is the place to go. Really nice drive and friendly service, however no filleting at the time and salmon a few months off from being ideal size too. Only saw 1 bbq and two undercover picnic seating areas, probably not a day outing/family gathering go to but again good fish at good prices ($1 cleaning fee per fish), no entry fee/rod hire or bait costs and there are handwashing areas.

It was a really fun outing. Caught 7 kilos worth of fish. People that worked there were really nice too. Got our fish cleaned and gutted.

Great place to get fresh rainbow and golden trout. My children had good fun catching the fish. Dave and Andy helped having all the fish sorted and cleaned. We got some smoked trout as well. Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting good service at a great price.

Alpine trout farm is excellent place to start if you want to enjoy catching fish straight from the farm, specially for kids. You can catch so many fish inside time as the fish are within their fish tank and designated ponds. The trouts are really tasty and very big sizes can be caught how's the weather up there are some rainbow trout and Californian trout. The owner is very and the price of the court fish is Per kilo. The take EFTPOS so don't bother if you can catch more. They offer cleaning up the fish and putting them inside a nice iced thermo box for long travel only for $5 for the box. Trout ranges from 16 to 22 dollars a kilo according to the size of the fish. In the farm there is nice place for for enjoying the tranquility and take your lunch snacks. There is an onsite toilet for real emergency, so the toilet should not be expected for public. It is just 1 and half hour from Melbourne. Worth visiting there.just less than half an hour from the great Amphitheatre Falls at the toorongo reserve park in Noojee.

Great day out for kids.even if it devastated my grandkid that we had to kill the fish after. Ha Ha.
