We cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Samantha, Darren and the team at Alpine. Although we had already decided on purchasing an Alpine annexe, we met with them at the Sandowne Caravan show and talked through all the options making our final selection with them. The quality of the annexe is beautiful. The ease to assemble it is so simple that is was a fast set up without any angst. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpine to anyone thinking of purchasing an annexe. They really have been the best company to deal with.

Am happy with my A liner awning well made and easy to put up. I must say the after sales sevice was great and i highly recommend them.

My Bendigo canvas goods supplier recommended Alpine Annexes to me because as he was too busy to help us, and he didn't want to recommend anyone he didn't personally know, so he asked his "Brella" canvas supplier who was the best caravan annex manufacturer in Melbourne?
He came back to me with the details of "Alpine Annexes". And I'm so glad he made those enquiries for our benefit. Alpine were amazing. It seems to be a terrific family business and every person we "touched" during the process of ordering and fitting our annex was unbelievably professional. So well organised and such a pleasure to deal with. The annexe turned out really well. Later, after our first use I noticed the set of "Aussie Travellers" that are needed, and had come in their original cardboard box (which really doesn't work for further use) So I left a message for Adam, asking if he had a solution or could make me one.
Adam is one of the owners. Without any fanfare, a beautifully designed canvas bag appeared at our home, specifically made to protect and carry these in our van when not in use. Amazing service, but not surprising. So honestly I can't speak highly enough about this business. They are great at what they do.

The team at Alpine annexes could not have been more helpful. From the planning, design and development of our our annexe, they demonstrated excellent communication professionalism, skill and pride in their work. They worked to a very tight schedules and completed our annexe on time, as they said they would do.

Great people running a great business producing quality products. Samantha is great to deal with, taking us through the options and meeting our specific needs for a bespoke annexe. Darren has been excellent with the scheduling and follow up when the annexe was ready to collect.

This company would have to be one of the best I have dealt with the price and quality of the products the service and after sales service is the best I have come across I dont have a problem recommending them to anyone who is looking for a new annexe for their van.
