I came to Alpha with intense back pain from coughing so violently due to bronchitis. This back pain persisted after my illness—I couldn’t roll over in the middle of the night or unload the dishwasher. After one appointment with Lara, I felt significantly better. I know it sounds cliche, but I was mad at myself for not booking in sooner! We’re now working on some persistent chronic pain I have. The treatment she offers during appointments helps so much, but of course she has also been offering helpful exercises for me to do at home. She alters these exercises based on my personal circumstances and what works for me rather than giving me generic cookie-cutter things to practice. While I’ve only had appointments with Lara, the rest of the team members who I’ve run into on the way in and out have also been so friendly and helpful.

The whole team at Alpha are amazing, I’ve been treated by Matt, Christina, Will and Ashton they all have amazing personalities but the biggest thing that has stuck out is the care they have for the individual. Whether it’s a sports injury, soreness, chronic pain or something else I’ve done. They set me on the path to recovery every time to have me feeling better than I ever did

Very good! Physiotherapist Dan Chang helped resolve the pain I was experiencing around one of my knees. Dan found the source of the pain and his treatment and the rehab exercises he prescribed resolved my issue. Great communicator and a very knowledgeable and overall nice guy. Thank you Dan.

The past year and a half i have had a serious back injury where i couldn't sit of stand the doctor told me i needed surgery. I found this place Alpha and Ash (lovely by the way) set me up with Will and he has fixed me to normal again. As a PT I have dealt with a lot of people in the allied health industry with varying degrees of success, or even progress. Personally I had tried a number of different modalities (physio and chiro) for chronic hip pain with no success. I thought it was time to try an osteo with Ashton as she was highly recommended and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I now have little to no pain and I still continue to see Ashton on a monthly basis for a tune up. I have also been sending my clients to see Ashton and they all love her and what she's been able to do for them to get them back to training and keeping them training throughout their treatment.

As a desk worker I suffer from tight shoulders, tight neck, and migraines. I see Dr Will for my ailments and he is absolutely incredible! It’s the first time I’ve had someone analyse my lifestyle and me as a person to help identify the root of my pain, and treat me holistically. He not only treats my pain point, but has given me great rehab to make sure that I don’t get flare ups as often as I used to.
I have noticed such an improvement since seeing Dr Will, and would recommend anyone who suffers from similar issues to go and book in with him.

Ashton was able to find the main source of my shoulder weakness that I was having issues with. She helped release the muscles affected which brought much relief. Her kind nature and immense knowledge really sets her apart from others! Thank you Ashton, your a legend!

Had my first session today with Nicola, as I wanted to try a new physio close to my new home. Super impressed! Lovely premises, warm welcome and then into my session for knee pain. Nicola was very clear in explaining my issues, did some helpful massage and stretches, and set me up with a stretches-regime that's realistically do-able. Happy to return next week and have good availability to book in.

Ashton and her team are amazing, she was able to pin point the direct source of my back pain and give me easy to follow exercises to help undo the years of office work I've put my body through. The team at Alpha has also looked after my friends who are osteo's themselves.

Relief after 8 years of back pain. Dr Ashton and Alpha Sports have taken me from being miserable every day to being pain free (most of the time) and having strength, movement and a quality of life back that I thought was gone forever.
Right from the first visit Dr Ash was able to point out things that other doctors I’d seen had not, and her treatment, rehab program and sincere support has been amazing. Along the way Ashton (and Dr Matt) have helped me with a bunch of other little injuries as well.
