I would take the reviews about the receptionist with a grain of salt. I work elsewhere, and we are at the whim of the doctors. Don't think that what we do is all up to us. We have very little autonomy in final decisions. You just don't see what goes on behind the scenes, and we aren't exactly going to throw the doctors under the bus for decisions made.

Dr. Alade is the best doctor I have ever consulted in Australia. He is very patient and understanding doctor. He gave his very clear opinion about any issue, instead of saying, “as you wish”, as most doctors are doing here in Australia. I really appreciate his work.

Don't book in here. The nurse states she owns the business but is extremely rude. She will call you back and abuse you. Never seen anything like it. They struggle with English too and dates of birth. They make $1.2 million in revenue each year and are simply rude. Don't go there!

If you plan on booking an appointment, make it half an hour earlier than planned, as that'll be the wait time. Heaps of other people came in after us and were finished before we got called up.
Were they all late to their appointments? Or did everyone just get to go before us regardless of us arriving at the time asked of us?

Flu vaccination for my daughter today couldn't have been easier. No tears, enjoyable for both of us. Thank you to Megan the nurse.

Great doctors. Great receptionists, great service and you will be well looked after by the doctors there. Give it a try and if you don't like it move on and leave the awesome doctors to those in true need.

Dr Sululola gave me the wrong injection when he was working for a previous employer after telling me that he had to "dumb his speech down" as Australia's weren't as intelligent. He even tried to deny that he'd done it, even with the script waved under his nose. I demanded that he pay me the difference between scripts and he got the money out of his pocket, thus proving himself guilty. I reported him to the authorities. If he just had addmitted that he made a mistake I would have accepted that, but he wanted to prove that he was so much smarter than me. Be very careful if you're seeing him.
