As others have noted, Allen's customer service was outstanding. His advice in the initial visit made us aware of considerations and practical constraints we hadn't known about beforehand. It informed our selection of flooring, and we're very happy with the result. We also encountered a number of difficult problems specific to our apartment, but Allen went significantly above and beyond to ensure the work was done on time and within the challenging constraints of working in a CBD apartment building.

A standout aspect of the job right from the very beginning was Allen's excellent communication of progress and issues. He was always patient, well-informed, and clear with his updates and questions. As a consequence of this, we have since also organised other renovation work through Allen, and he has continued to deliver excellent service for these as well.
