Josh listened to our requirements and recommended a new computer to suit our needs. He transferred all data from the old to the new. A seamless transition. Josh made sure that we understood all the steps to set up at home and made himself available for any follow up questions.

I took my laptop here for a clean out. My right side fan sounded like it had dust in it. I took it here. The owner offered to clean it free of charge. He used an air compressor to blow it out. My left side fan made a really loud noise while he was doing this fan. After we had turned it on, my left side fan barely spun. After that, he told me the bearings had gone in my laptop fans that were just over a year old. I used it that morning with no problems at all. After that, he invoiced me 330$ for the repairs. I couldn't believe it so I picked it up a little later and took it to another shop and they replaced my fans and redone my thermal for 100$ less. I would give a no start rating just with my review if I could. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

As i said in the shop that fan was not making noise and I would not accepted your so called free service that costed me a full repair on both my fans sad you only replied a month ago.

Truly amazing service. I’m a student and was looking for a computer upgrade that I was told I needed. Found Alpha through google search, had a good chat to Josh and got a very fair quote compared to others.

After finding out what I needed the upgrade for, Josh mentioned that he thought it wasn’t needed and that my computer was fine as is. He did further research himself and came back to me to let me know in fact I didn’t need the update, saving me hundreds of dollars.

Honestly can’t even remember when I’ve last had such good experience with a company, especially since IT and computers in general aren’t something I know a great deal about.
