Alpha Airport Parking Tullamarine Melbourne

Have been using Alpha for many years now but last time (November 2018) they damaged my car and when we tried to raise this as an issue-they were completely unhelpful and rude over the phone, obviously denying any liability and blaming us for damaging our own car.will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

Do not use Alpha Parking. In any state. Security is minimal. They park your car in the street.
They put your keys in a box in the street.

Staff do not care about your property.
My car got stolen while in the care of Alpha Parking. Leaving me out of pocket thousands

Alpha parking is probably the worst place to park your vehicle! I used Alpha regularly for 2 years, however the last time I parked there my car was damaged by Alpha staff and they didn't even have the decency to respond to any of my calls or emails.

Do yourself a favor and use any other car park, unless you don't mind having your vehicle parked on the street or damaged.

Used them a number of time. If you've used them for 5 times, then ask them for VIP. Wait time can vary when you call up for your pick up.

Literally on hold for 15 minutes - all of a sudden this automated voice says goodbye! Bull. Waste of time cheers!

Been using the services for over 10 years without issues. For the second time this year (including one tonight, a moment ago) I get very rude staff in the phone that when I call to request pick up and wait nearly 10 min in the line tells me bus is coming and hangs up. Enough is enough. There are too many car park services around the airport for me to deal with untrained unprofessional staff not prepared to provide decent customer service.
To leave a customer waiting in the cold for 25 min and on the top of it hang up on them, you guys should no longer be in business.

Picked up my car after 19 days stay, found a lot of scratches across my car. Found out only now when car has been washed.

The carpark is NOT secure and the practices this company uses are deeply unethical. When I paid them to have my car securely parked while I was away, my car got broken into and a lot of my personal belongings stolen.

They did not want to take responsibility, even when I was able to prove they did not provide the service I had paid them for. I took them to VCAT for breaching consumer law and won, getting compensation for at least some of the belongings I had lost. In court I was able to provide evidence that they park consumers cars on the street (not fenced off, no CCTV) with a piece of paper on the windscreen saying when the owner of the car will be back. You might as well park it anywhere else on the streets in Melbourne and it would be safer. I also had photo showing the area is not fenced off, and they claimed their cctv was not operational at the time - likely because it would show that my car had been moved in a non secure area.

So effectively you're paying all this money for the shuttle bus, which they do provide.

In my opinion, you might as well get a taxi or uber instead. Or park elsewhere with a company that doesn't cheat their customers and actually provides the service they pay for.

Booked online, car was booked in for 2 weeks as international trip. I am a return customer. Arrived at usual location and noticed the signs were different.turns out the business has been SOLD to another airport parking company and we don't have a booking there!
The man at the desk gave us directions to where alpha is now (3km down the road). We followed the directions and ended up at "Jetport" airport parking. No signs for Alpha anywhere. Now stressed out at 5am because we have an international flight to catch finally someone sheds light on the situation. Alpha had been sold to Jetport and the owners of Alpha were supposed to notify their clients of the change. Apparently many angry and stressed people had been turning up. Luckily Jetport were happy to take our booking and were very professional - I would book with them in future.
Still their website is active and taking bookings.
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ALPHA THEY DO NOT EXIST ANYMORE! Not worth the stress!

Personal belongings stolen from car. Owner won't take responsibility or ownership of there duty of care that has been breached. Car was left unlocked, likely not on there premises but parked away from any security surveillance. A substantial amount of belongings have been taken from me and feel I am deprived of my liberty. Company has no remorse or compassion for my losses. I greatly recommend anyone to stay clear of this business, for your greater good
