This morning went in looking for a special occasion was met with No customer service lady was sitting down behind the desk didn’t acknowledge me at all I was looking at a dress two foot away looked at her nothing she just kept doing what she was doing very poor

Just went in there and the lady behind the counter had her airpod in, and was talking to someone. There were a few customer in the store and she didn't acknowledge anyone. I even walked right next to the desk, looking at accessories and nothing was said. This sadly happens everytime I go in there. The girls look miserable and don't talk to anyone. Honestly don't know how they are still open.

Awesome experience, great customer service, great prices. My daughter and I love this store and will continue to go back.

This store once was so organised and neat, i went in last week and everything is all over the place, no assistance in helping, very rude when paying for a product, won’t be back in a hurry

I called desperately looking for an online item, and Alana was SO helpful. Alana was very patient, gave me great instructions on how to find things and was everything you need in customer service. Thank you Alana

Staff were very rude and unhelpful. I asked about stock I’d seen online and if there were other sizes not on the floor. While they answered my questions they were abrupt and could not be bothered helping me find an alternative

Clothes are fine- staff are so so so rude especially the manager. I heard her yelling at another woman as I was shopping today. The woman looked soooo upset and the manager just kept on laughing at her! I couldn’t believe it. Not coming back: (

I came back with a friend yesterday, manager is still working there and glared at me as I walked in. The anxiety I felt… I had to leave.

I had the worst experience with some of the staff there.
Extremely rude staff, especially the young blond girl.
I asked her about one size up and she just laughed at me saying. Sorry, we don't have size 14 here.
No friendly at all.
Today all the staff were behind the counter gossiping and laughing instead of helping the customers.

I was buying a skirt a couple of days ago and I asked the lady working who I believe is the manager if they had a size 12
She looked at me and said no really rudely
I said wow okay and started to put the skirt back and she then YELLED out to me that if I want a bigger skirt I should go to city chic and laughed!
I was in so much disbelief I just left the store crying and left the shopping centre
I have never had anyone treat me like this at any store I am so upset about it and am too anxious to go back now

I adore these stores! The girls working in the Woodgrove Ally are just beautiful! They’re always so happy to help you find what you need or help if you have any questions. The store is always clean and is well set up. The clothing is affordable, stylish and there’s sales on most of the time, what’s not to like about that? !

Love the store! I went there to pick up a dress and Amanda (staff member) really got involved in helping me to choose a dress for dinner.

Laziest staff l have ever seen. Walked in no acknowledgement. The whole time no one approached us to help. They just huddled behind the desk gossiping. This happens everytime l cone to this store. And if you ask for help they roll their eyes at you.
