Horrible customer service. I’ve never been greeted in this store on the multiple occasions I’ve been in, not even a smile. Seen the staff sitting on the bench talking instead of tending to customers in the store. Being a manager in retail myself the standards of the team are no where near the bare minimum

Very clean and tidy store. The atmosphere is vibrant and the manager with her team are all helpful. Awesome team work and shopping experience at Highpoint.

Ally Fashion Highpoint is probably the neatest store I've ever been to so far! Merchandising is well presented. Staff members are very kind and helpful. The music is always a vibe and I enjoy my time shopping. Every time I visit the girls there are always working hard as well as recognising customer service. It's sad to see customers give nasty comments to staff members they're obviously doing the best they can within store policy. Overall great experience with Ally Fashion.

I love going to Ally Fashion to get some of Fashions latest trends. It is also cheap so that's also a plus. Cristina, i think she's the manager is so welcoming and helpful i just love her aura. She makes it so much easier to shop here!

Went to Ally Highpoint recently to buy a gift for my girlfriend, and the customer service was really good from Cristina, she helped me with all my questions and she was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic reception from the girl at the counter, I think her name was Kristin. I bought a gift for my wife. She was very helpful in showing me around the store. I will come back and buy more for sure. Great experience

Called up the store to see if there were two items i was looking for in stock, staff name Christine (not too sure) picked up the phone and her tone was not welcoming. She told me to tell her the style code which i was having trouble with finding and these were her exact words "you find it in the link or something with these letters and numbers i don't even know" how does she expect me to know when she doesn't know herself.she was clueless. Finally found the style code and she said that nothing popped up so i said it again and then she said "nah not in stock" in such a "don't wanna be here" tone.i genuinely feel like she just couldn't be bother to try and help find the item in stock and said that it's not in stock for the sake of it.overall, this was my first time calling up and was very disappointed by the rude staff.i Will never come back.

The store is amazing with trendy & fashionably organised clothing. And never met an amazing store manager who is utterly kind & professional in her work. She goes out of her way & is very efficient and lovely to her customers.

They have nice clothes, but some staff aren’t that nice and some clothes are cheap, but some of them are very overpriced

I’ve bought a pair of shorts on 4/Mar/2022 and at the moment a staff member named Nicole served me. She told me that I can return or exchange on full price item with a invoice.

I came to the shop on 11/Mar/2022 at 1: 35pm and was served by the same staff member, but she aggressive told me that I need to have a hard copy of the invoice when I showed her a copy of my receipt on my phone.

I’ve example to the staff that I you serve me last week and you told me to have the invoice with me that I can have a full return.

She accuse me of pointing my finger at her and screaming at her, which is false and I’ve said to her calmly that you started using heavy words on me.

She pretended to be on the phone and repeatedly told me that she can’t return it.

I have shopped here since my high school days and this is the first time I get treated this way.

In conclusion, I have come with the item in original condition and a copy of my invoice. I think she treated me like this due to racism.

No customer service, rude staff. Not an inviting team. Get new staff who actually care about giving great customer service.

Came in for the first time because of their cheap prices. One girl was literally so rude. She looked like she wanted to beat me. No hi, nothing and was very condescending, other girls told me if i had a problem to take it to HR.

Annoying and unprofessional the phone is constantly off the hook all day long. Very bad customer service for a general enquiry. Will have to go in personally to fulfil my enquiry face to face. Wasting my time. Ally answer the phone or employ more people you cannot be that run off your feet it is only wednesday.
