Went in following my little one. Have been looking for a new summer wardrobe. I have very little fashion sense when it comes to dressing myself not even going to lie. I usually avoid stores like these because it’s very out of my comfort zone and I get very overwhelmed not knowing what I’m looking for.
Well today that completely changed can definitely say I’ll be going back in the future. Had by far the best experience I could have asked for. The lady was absolutely amazing; I felt welcomed and understood at the same time. Not only did she help me find some items I was looking for but also help me with what would look good with them. Walked out with most of what I tried on. Definitely would recommend Ally in Mildura to others.
Don’t know why I haven’t shopped there sooner.

Nothing to complain about rly I just think it would be helpful to be able to pay in cash cause not everyone can get a card but again nothing to complain about except for the limited payment options

Yesterday I was shopping in ally fashion mildura. I was approach by the new store manager. Who helped me pick out an outfit for a 21st birthday next week.
While she was helping me she could see the young team member serving another customer at the register was coping some grief over not taking cash payments, she continued to give me ideas and help but could see she was obversing the issue with her team member and other customers in store. She was approached by her staff member after the customer had left and asked if she was ok. The work ethics and care that this store manager has for staff and customers is amazing, from previous experience from previous staff working in ally this was the best customer service and overall time I've recieved ever when shopping here. I will continue to shop within ally.

A very big thank-you to the Store Manager Bee and her assistant Shakira for the excellent customer service I recieved today. They both went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Opening boxes and looking on the internet for me. Exceptional service and both were very friendly and patient. You made my day, Jenny.

I was shopping in store recently (Tuesday) and the lovely staff member was so friendly and helpful. Lovely to have such great customer service.

Every time I have shopped in ally fashion in mildura the girls have been very kind, friendly and very helpful. I use a walker and have a disability and I can not express enough how wonderful & accommodating they are thank you

Very awful staff! One of the staff intentionally sprayed glass cleaner directly to my skin! I am pregnant and has been trying so hard to not touch or smell any of the cleaning products. One of the staff sprayed it on me while we are browsing the rack of clothes. No “excuse me”, not even a sorry! This happened December 10,2020 at around 5: 15pm. We understand that you are closing at 5: 30pm. Do not shoo people that way!

Love the clothes not always good quality ie stitching not right. Main disappointment though very inconsistent sizing could buy skinny jeans in my normal size one fits and buy one a size up that is way too tight how does that work ally? Bought a lot of clothes from them but feel like the sizing is getting smaller and smaller made for insanely skinny people

Ally never fails to disappoint me. Apart from the sensory overload, the workers literally wait until you get to the counter, to acknowledge you.
Busy gossiping about mutual people, whilst customers are around.
Seem to only be interested in you when you're purchasing something and even then, it's fake.
