Had a really great experience with one of the sales assistants in the Geelong store. She was really helpful, suggested washing the satin top I was buying in a delicates bag then she complimented my lashes!
The regional managers of this store are quite rude to their staff and the whole way the business is run is very dodgy and in some ways illegal. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here or working here unless you want to be treated like trash
Bad costumer service bought item in the morning size not right i come back afternoon to change and they said come back 2 days later to see the manager! Which is i have my receipt i had been so many time ally shop no problem if i need to change the items but this shop here in corio not good not coming back this shop anymore!

I haven’t shopped at Ally for a long time and was super excited walking into the store today when I saw so many beautiful colours and awesome sales! The shop looked great and the workers were super friendly and helpful! There was also so much variety for all different ages and sizes. I will be returning for sure!

Would prefer it if there was a seating options for people who get dragged along. I had to stand up outside the dressing room for what felt like an eternity while my better half tried on 100 cute outfits that she found In the shop.she almost could have bought 1 of everything before I dragged her out having blown the budget.
Guys I warn you. Be careful if entering. Could be in there for a while

Ordered items online and was informed they would be available for pick up in 2-3 days rang to check and was told Ally never deliver items in 2-3 days it takes sometimes weeks. I checked with head office to make sure before I purchased, these were supposed to b e Christmas gifts for my grand daughters so not happy about this
