Staff in this store have zero understanding of retail customer service. Been to this store a few times and each time the staff stand around talking and gossipping about other staff members or people, as a customer I am disgusted in the behaviour of the store staff. Don't even get any acknowledgement that I've entered the store let alone asked if I need any help.
My most recent visit today between the hours of 12-3pm I tried on an item and still was not greeted or spoken to yet 4 young girls at least one a staff member, stood around b*tching about other staff members from the store. Staff here are completely lacking professionalism and enthusiasm. A formal complaint will be made to headoffice regarding my most recent experience.
I bought a cami top and when I went home, it was too small. So I went back the next day to exchange sizes, and was refused due the cami being classed as “underwear. ” I told the girl at the counter that I can understand that, but I was not told this at point of purchase. She said it was a casual who served me and didn’t tell me, and she apologised for the lack of communication. She said it would have been circled on my receipt, which it was not. She then asked to see my receipt, at which point she circled it herself and discussed it further? But I’m now left with a top I can’t wear because they mistakenly forgot to mention the exchange policy to me. Otherwise I would have tried it on before I bought it. No resolution from the store. I know there’s bigger issues at large but this is annoying and frustrating.
Purchased a jumper medium size on sale during 20% off and was advised I had 30 days to exchange. After trying on I took it back a few days later and requested a swap to a large size as I prefer the oversize look. Was told I could only do the swap if I paid the additional 20% as the sale had ended! Totally ridiculous as you weren't losing a sale and there were still.plenty in stock. You have lost me as a regular customer!
