Head stylist is amazing and I can tell they always put there customers first buy engaging in conversation with almost everyone. I feel confident and comfortable every time I walk into the store. ️
The store manager is such a gem! She’s always so happy and ready to help out, makes shopping there so much nicer
Christmas shopping is hectic for everyone, but the ladies Abigail and Ishani, that served me today really made my day easier with genuine good service and a positive attitude!
Hope thinks great customer service is being rude to young teenagers when they come in to buy something and make them feel like trash.

Shop is really great. However customer service is shocking. Neither staff said anything to me whilst I shopped. When I tried things on, no one helped me or guided me to the change rooms. I also had to go a fetch a different size for myself. It seemed like I was a nuisance to be there. The girl who served me seemed like she didn’t want to be there- yawning, hardly said anything, and didn’t even fold up the clothes I bought. Just threw them into the bag.
The actual shop is good but the customer service is shocking! The workers are super rude and complained that i wanted to try something on!
