If I could 0 stars I would staff are so RUDE especially the manager apparently there is no refund policy there. Every other ally fashion store refund besides this store won’t be shopping there anymore and the staff need proper training cause there all on there Learners absolute amateurs

The employees literally closed up the shop and all but locked the doors while I was still browsing, there was about 2 other customers as well. Gave us no warning they were about to close and after I made my purchase I had to ask how I leave the store and the girls answer as though I am stupid. One of the girls was talking really loudly about personal dramas to the other worker there while she was bringing in clothes racks and swearing. I am by no means a conservative person, I love dropping F bombs but even I was surprised at how unprofessional she was.
One positive was lots of stock and good bargains.

Bad customer service they accused my friend of stealing because she’s of colour but said nothing to my other friend keep in mind my other friend is Australian and the one they accused is African they also took photos of her without her permission. Disgusting behaviour never shopping there again

Always a great experience walking into Craigieburn Ally Fashion. I've been shopping here for years & always happy to come back. The team that work there are absolutely lovely and amazing at what they do! Their hard work never gets unnoticed & they always tend to my needs. Thank you Natasha & beautiful girls for the experience every time!

The employees here are ethical, and friendly will assist you in anyway they can. There is no discrimination whatsoever, so if this store gets accused of anything, they’re most likely lying to get attention or just dense.

Kind faces from all the staff. The girls in here are so sweet and helpful. I came in for a refund a few days ago, they were polite and processed me a refund with no issues. I come in here all the time and always leave satisfied.

Went there was browsing asked the girl about a size and she literally almost yelled thats its just whats there and walked off. Highly disappointing.

Says download app gey 20%. At the counter they say I have to wait for it to be sent to the store and can't collect what I have at store.

I love the clothing, store layout, and received friendly, helpful service from all of the staff I interacted with.

Unfortunately, the choice of music playing (quite loudly) was highly inappropriate - having lyrics like "put yo panties on, put that p*ssy away" heard throughout the store is completely unprofessional, especially with children present.

I'm not at all a prude but please reconsider your playlist. I hope you'll accept this as friendly, sincere advice.

Absolutely terrible service from Steph the Manager at Craigieburn Central who wasnt even on duty to resolve an issue as she was too busy at another site leaving a part timer and casual to attempt to rectify a problem that could have easily been fixed if a manager was present. Will never shop here again.
