I used to love this place. But will not be coming back because of my experience with the employee that was wearing a black dress earlier.

I was told off today in front of the customers because I had to ask my husband to help me zip my dress in the fitting room. But she did it in a loud manner and I felt very embarrassed. She said that it was for the safety of other girls, which she made it seem like as if my husband did something bad. I completely understand the reasoning behind it. But for her to talk to us inappropriately and embarrass us was just an awful customer service. She could've spoken to me in an approachable manner and I would've apologised.

The girl at the front register took my money when I went to buy a dress, and then gave me the wrong change back. When I realised and came back, she just kept saying “Nuh uh” and then did a double cartwheel and went into the back so I couldn’t follow her! Suffices to say, I shall not be coming back because of their attitudes!

I have been in store a number of times with my daughter looking for new clothes as she loves Ally Fashion, everytime we are welcomed by the friendly staff who are always happy to assist my daughter from start to finish from finding outfits she can try on in the change rooms to check out nothing but great service from Taniesha or Taneesha sorry not sure on the correct spelling, Nicole and Yodit,

Truely appreciated

I went into the store yesterday and was greeted by two lovely girls, I bought some soft t-shirts that were in a deal which saved me some money, the girl serving me also helped me choose a hair clip for my sister.

Me and my friend went in there a couple of days ago and one of the young girls at the front desk told my dark skinned friend to go back to kfc and to leave absolutely disgusting

Have been to this store a few times and am always satisfied with the customer service. The girls there are always willing to help. Definitely will be coming back

I don’t know why the staff is soo rude and then even manager nicola she think she own this place which is funny they have to stop behaving rude because that is the reason that store is empty all the time and please I don’t want you to reply me as i am too busy to be bothered by your staff

Terrible quality clothes coupled with terrible customer service. Went in store to pick up my click and collect and I had to return one of the items. The cashier said yes that is fine but then because I paid with a paypal that is linked to my amex card they cant process my refund. And can only offer me a credit note unless I contact THEIR Head office and ask for their approval and come back in 24 hours to get a refund. This is not my problem you should be calling them and doing it then and there not getting your customer to do that. Waste of my time.

Got home and the security tag was still on the clothing article, could not go back because I live quite far away. The staff members were impolite, would not recommend this place at all.

I was here at fountain Gate Ally fashion this afternoon I purchased two items Two days ago. I went to return because one was too baggy n other one was too tight, I do all my transactions by Apple Pay so any how my card details won't show in the bill. This girl asked for my bank card so provided also she asked for my drivers license as well so I gave both and said my bank card its not matching to the recipet. I explain to her I used the Apple Pay usually don't show in the bill. She didn't believe what I said.
I went to the bank ANZ asked them they said it doesn't show in the receipt because I paid from the Apple Pay. So I went back and told her still she didn't believe what I said. I said I need to talk to the manager she said she's the manager so any way she called someone and told put the money back to my account,
I was so annoyed for wasting my time. Still doesn't show in my account that money is put back to the account.
This will be last time I will ever go to allys shop I had been doing shopping at ally long time even at Brisbane never had problems like this.
So I think you guys need to train the staff how to handle customers properly. So disappointed.
