I love allure, it’s the only salon I go to now.my nails turn out perfect every time and I recently love to get builder gel. 100% recommend!

I’ve been going to Allure for many years to have my nails done. Each and every time the service has been amazing and of a high standard. Tammy and her wonderful staff are always polite, friendly and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Allure and I will most certainly continue to support them…after all why wouldn’t I when my nails look so great!

It was absultely amazing and all of the staff were so kind and amazing.tammy is so nice and the shop is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

I have been going to Allure Beauty room since they opened at North Blackburn Square, and while I have my favourite staff members (Thu & Yen), all the girls are fabulous. I now live in regional Victoria for a substantial period of time, however I cannot find anyone else that comes close to the team at Allure, so I make sure I book in for my nails when I'm in Blackburn North. Thanks Tammy and the team for keeping my nails looking so lovely

A week ago my friend and I went to get our nails done here, I had never gone before, she had. The person I had was alright, she filed my nails down to a slightly uneven almond shape and when I got my sns the polish was uneven, I didn't get what I asked for which is alright because it was still fairly similar, however I did get nail art which was just two hearts, and it was extremely uneven and the edges on the heart (the nail art I had asked for) bumpy. My friend also got sns with extensions, and the woman she got did not even file and shape the nails before doing the powder, meaning it was uneven and bumpy. When she complained, she was told that it was because of the shape of her nailbeds that it was so bad, however she's had SNS done at other salons before and it was fine. After complaining about this another stylist did fix her nails but it still wasn't super great. On my nails, a different top coat was used on two of my nails, this top coat stained and caused one of my nails to become yellow (after only 5 days!). And, they decided to file off my cuticles AFTER the sns was done, making my nails look extremely grown out evn though I had only just gotten them done. I was charged $60 for only 2 extensions, french tips and tiny hearts on two nails. Very unhappy with the service. Would like a refund and do not recommend anyone to go here.

I arrived for my appointment & was waiting for 10-15 minutes because other customers had arrived without an appointment (I asked & this was confirmed as the reason) I understand & accept this but the lack of communication is what’s frustrating. After I voiced this to the lady she was obviously annoyed & started roughly rushing through the start of my treatment, adding to that it was obvious she was speaking about me to two other employees in another language.
I had to cut the treatment short so I could get to work on time which was why I made appointment in the first place! I am doing my own treatments now & feeling annoyed that it has to be so complicated also please note it is obvious when you are speaking about people - even if it’s in another language.

I've done shellac with Cathy (I am not sure of the name) and loved it. Better than any other place. She paid a lot of attention to detail and did an artist job. And a GREAT manicure on the cuticles. Very grateful to have them around the corner. Will come back always. *Photo was taken 2 weeks ago.

I have been going to Allure Beauty Room for quite a few years now to get a SNS manicure and a Shellac pedicure and the staff do an amazing job. The staff here are friendly and up for a chat. Would definitely recommend.

I used to go for my SNS to somewhere else. But I wanted to try here because it's near my place.it's bit pricy and not good result for me.
Doesn't look professional has done the job.

I have been going to Allure Beauty Room to get my SNS for a few years now. Absolutely love Mai’s work. Everyone there is friendly and treats every customer as a name and not a number. Would happily recommend.

This used to be one of my favourite places but it’s really gone downhill, the whole manicure was pretty much my cuticles getting cut back and it was so painful, my skin even bled and I’m pretty sure my toe is infected now. The staff were nice and gave my daughter a chocolate but my sister in laws nails did not look great, she said it felt rushed, I got a spa pedicure but she was charged the same for a lesser service, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning as a customer. This was meant to be a treat for me from my sister in law as I just had a baby and hadn’t been out of the house for 7 weeks but now I’m in pain and worse of from coming here.

Amazing place. Decided to try here for my brows after being overcharged and treated poorly at another place in the area, and Tammy has been amazing every time! And TGNB/TGD friendly too!

I had a terrible experience. The lady who did my sns nails wasn’t experienced. Every nail was in different size and shape and also the powder and nail polish was not applied properly. I told her that its not perfectly applied but she was not interested. After 1 hour my nails started hurting so bad. I just can’t recommend this nail salon to anyone.

A wonderful experience at Allure beauty Room - the proprietor Tammy and the staff are delightful and make you feel like a movie star. The decor is gorgeous.
