The girls here are absolutely amazing. Jen usually does my hair and kills it everytime! I also had the pleasure of Jess fill in on Monday and it’s comforting to know that you’re in good hands no matter who you go with. The girls are true artists and do amazing consultations to ensure you’re actually getting the look you want when you come in. Worth every dollar!

Allura Berwick is an absolutely beautiful salon. As a busy mum, I look forward to having a pamper session when getting my hair done. All of the staff are so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. My hair always looks amazing when I leave. I especially love having a peaceful coffee or cheeky glass of wine. The relaxing scalp massage is my favourite. I almost fall asleep everytime. I 100% recommend Allura to everyone!

From the booking experience to walkimg in today, this is literally the best hairdressing experience of my life. Emily is amazing. She spent 15mins assessing my curly hair and my goals. I left with the best haircut/style I have ever had. I usually dread haircuts because either too much is cut or it isn't what I wanted. The salon is also a beautiful place to spend time and its obvious that the ladies love what they do.

First time at Allura this week. The actual place is stunning, you have great vibes the second you walk in, they have a menu for drinks of your choice, the ladies are very welcoming and always smiling.
I went in for a consultation at first as I wanted a big change (from long to short & from blonde to dark), lovely Jess did my consultation (free) and booked in for the treatment the following week. (They also provide a broken down quote so no surprises)
The amount of knowledge she has provided me with made me feel very comfortable, I know I was in very good hands.
The wash area is seperate to the rest of the salon, very calming and quiet (similar to a spa room at endota) and they have quiet rooms and family rooms, the entire place just seems more like a day spa, relaxing music, the ladies are quiet, rather than your usual hair salons which are usually loud and packed and feels like a nightclub.
You will not regret going in if you're not 150% happy with your current hair salon, this is your new place!

I visited Allura over a month ago and requested long layers in the back, and face framing layers at the front. After a few busy weeks, I had the chance to style my hair last night and I am so disappointed with the results of the cut. The layers at the front don’t blend, and are extremely uneven and choppy. Both sides don’t look similar as one side has been cut shorter than the other. I’m really disappointed with these results as I spent the last 2 years growing out my hair, all to have it botched. To fix it now, I’ll have to cut majority of my hair to make it look half decent.

Some of the positive reviews below are written so customers can receive a $50 voucher. As someone who takes into consideration of other peoples experiences, and read reviews, it’s extremely disappointing that I relied on these reviews to have my services done at Allura.

The salon has a nice warm atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Victoria is lovely and made me feel comfortable despite my anxiety about my dandruff. I never felt self conscious like I have at other salons in the past. I am so happy with my hair after a scalp treatment and blowdry. My hair looks amazing and I will be returning for hair cuts in the future. Also the chair/hair basin set up is very comfortable!

Today is my 1st experience here and let me say I am blown away with everything this salon has to offer!

1st they have beautiful warm tea in little cave like mugs and a comfy couch to sit on while waiting for your stylist, soft light upbeat music playing in background! Thorough consultation and explanation of hair plan and goals.

Exceptional beverage options brought out on a gorgeous tray with a glass of water, sweetener of your choice and cute little allura personalised chocolates yum!

The wash basic us a closed off designated quoet space! Divided by lush soft black velvety blinds! With vibrating massage chairs! And warm towels around your shoulders and over your hair to dry!

I even got a sneaky 2nd coffee!

Lastly! They ask you place your mobile on silent for the comfort and consideration of all guests! I bloody love this so so much and have rebooked next month with my girl jenae! Thank you to you and Roxanne. I'm a new regular now.

This is the best spot for hair cut in south East. Best hairdressers best service. Live the environment and it’s all about customer experience for them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic…. My hair looks and feels amazing, the salon is gorgeous and Andrea was so knowledgeable and experienced. I usually dread getting my highlights/foils done as it usually takes forever but this was an unbelievably relaxing experience and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

I just got back from my second appointment with Emily. What a joy to have my hair done by her. She understands what I want and she goes ahead and gets the job done. Leah was my hairdresser and she was friendly and professional.
She took my request into consideration and made my hair look so much better! I had previously had my hair cut by another hairdresser at a different salon which I wasn't pleased with.
The atmosphere at Allura is pleasant and calming.

I had Jess today and she was great. She sat down with me to get to know my hair and what I’d had done previously, she has a lovely gentle nature. The shampoo room is so relaxing with lovely music and relaxing oils. Very happy with my hair and ready for the weekend?

They know what they are doing. My hair was a bit damaged; they have the knowledge and have guided me in the right direction and on their way to get so much better.
My go to spot as I know they will take care of my hair.
Another plus is the vibe and service - they provide a very personalised experience.

3 years of home dye jobs and hair cuts…my hair was a mess and in need of some serious help.
Victoria, at Allura Hairdressing Boutique - Berwick, welcomed me in to the gorgeous salon with absolutely no judgement (but wouldn’t blame her if she did haha) and brought my hair back to life.
A good chop, some layers to hide the chunks of breakage (there was a lot!), and all with a nice relaxing spa retreat vibe and a good laugh and conversation.
Didn’t leave before booking my next appointment in 8 weeks!

Genesa is a master with all things hair. For years I struggled to find a stylist that is great with brunettes and now I'll never go elsewhere. Her scalp massages are to die for!

My first short haircut in 15 years! I am a Chemotherapy patient and was dreadding having my hair cut short, especially to this awful disease.
Jenae made my whole experience so lovely. She was thoughtful, listened to my ideas and she followed through with so much care and attention. A lovely girl and fantastic hairdresser.
I loved the fact that I had the whole appointment with her from backwash (with remarkable electric massage seating) to end result.meaning 100% focus on the one client at a time. Love that! ️
