These guys solved an issue with my compressor in minutes. Brilliant service and cost me $16! Great stuff

I took my compressor here to get repaired.a simple motor change and pressure switch replacement should not take 4 weeks.they said they could fix it there but when i rang after 2 weeks they told me they had sent it away to get fixed! I believe they should have contacted me to tell me where my item was going.it spent another 2 weeks ABC Tool repairs and in the mean time i had to hire a compressor at $50 a day over 4 weeks cost me more than what the repair was worth!
i will never ever step foot in that place again and i recommend not to take compressors there for service or repair!

I would describe myself as an infrequently regular customer at All Tools, as it's within convenient proximity to work.
I have to say though, the customer service I have ALWAYS received there is unlike anything else, matter of fact knowledgeable salespeople who aren't at all pushy and help you select the right product for your application and budget. You are always served within a couple of minutes of walking in. Hamish in particular has always gone out of his way to look after me and is a credit to this business, as are all the other staff here.
