65Mark guided me back into my fitness goal again after a long recovery from a knee injury. He does weekly check-ins with me to ensure that I am comfortable during training sessions and on how I am going in terms of my nutrition. He is an excellent PT, professional and passionate in what he does.
Mark is the ultimate professional and an absolute wealth of knowledge. He takes the time to listen and understand what you’re trying to achieve and knows exactly how to get you there. He provides excellent feedback and helped me improve my form and technique to get the maximum benefit. The facilities are excellent and every second I spend there feels like I’m getting the absolute most out of it. He’s endlessly encouraging and motivational and has helped me improve my physical and mental well being dramatically.
Mark is a great professional, and provides a safe, friendly environment. In our sessions he always pushes me so I can develop and improve. Looking forward to seeing more development in my fitness.

Mark at Alltone Fitness is the consummate professional. I have been training with him for almost 12 months. My fitness base has increased significantly both cardio and strength wise. Mark is laser focused on my key areas of development allowing for past injuries which limit my ability to perform certain exercises. Mark is incredibly friendly but he won't let you quit. Mark’s pointers on technique have been helpful and we fit in considerably more sets into half an hour than you would expect. The range of equipment is substantial and the quality is good. Look forward to making good gains!
