Allstate Security are fantastic to deal with. I recently had to leave my work premises late and I was able to call a member of staff who kept me on the line until I had secured the premises, got to my car and left. She was extremely professional and kind which was great as I felt a bit silly about being nervous! Always friendly via email too!
