I lost my car keys and I had Mark come over to the rescue. To say the service was excellent is an understatement! Rang several other locksmiths and their pricing was the best by far! Busy day, just need to get home, visitors arriving soon. Put the key in the ignition and it just spins around, no engine turn over, worse turning it back didn't turn off the ignition. So there I was, stuck with a car that won't start and unable to turn off the accessories.
Luckily I had Mark's contact details from the time he fixed my wife's car. Gave him a call and he worked out exactly what the issue was, gave me an estimate of cost and how long before he could get there.
Well he was amazing. Arrived just as promised, got straight to work and had the car running again very quickly. He replaced the ignition lock after grinding it to the correct settings. Then for good measure he ground a new key blade to match as the existing one was over 20 years old and getting a bit worn.
Absolutely perfect, Mark calmly turned a stressful situation into quick solution.
I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and professional locksmith.
