My partner and I went to him for the last three years for our taxes but a few days ago when I called to book in again, he asked if I wanted an appointment. Then he cut me off before I could answer and said he’s on lunch and I’d have to wait until his lunch is over and he’d call me back.

So much for customer service and appreciation. I also never received a call back.

P.s. If you take your mrs.there, be prepared for him to chat her up and talk himself up while doing it.

He will get your taxes done but he’s a bit up himself and creepy. That last phone call was the last straw. My partner and I have since found a new place to go.
