Darren has great experience and knew what was wrong with my fridge straight away, and he had the part on hand to fix it on the day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very poor customer service.
I ordered a part online that was incorrect. I called and spoke to a lady who told me to email them to check if a replacement part was available. After no response for 2 weeks, I called and spoke to Ray. He was extremely rude and kept saying to refer to their returns policy on their website. I returned the item and after 2 weeks emailed to seek an update as to if they were replacing or refunding. Nothing for another 2 weeks so I had to email again and request a refund. We finally received a refund. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

[Review edit] following arrogant and unwarranted response by Management:

My comments regarding my order not being delivered were valid, and obviously Allfix do not have the necessary processes in place to advise customers on the status of their orders, (especially if not available).

You need to spend more time managing your business properly, instead of making spontaneous responses and placing anyone who makes a comment for poor service on the BLOCK LIST (what a cop out)!

My Gosh; Take some responsibility and be more apologetic towards customers, instead of throwing unwarranted blame back on them (as you have so frequently done).

Orderd a part for my Fridge (7th February) and 21 days later I still have not had any response as to when it may arrive.

Curious to know what the excuse may be, however, keeping customers informed on order progress is vital.

Answers an enquiry 9pm on a Sunday night and supplies the part out at 10: 30am next day. It doesn't get any better for service. Well deserved 5 stars.

Ive had to return an oven door seal and not sure if im getting any refund.
After reading the response to my review i have gone down from 3 stars to 1 star. BECAUSE.of the lies written by the owner. He never rang me at all.
He sold a product that was not suitable.
He told me there would be no refund at all on an item costing $50.because a $1 plastic bag had been opened.
NOW.he may have this written down in his purchasing policy or not.quite frankly i rarely read them.
BUT. If he thinks that this is somehow "fair" to a consumer then maybe he should read the consumer laws regarding sales of products.
Get your act together buddy.
I have now returned the product and we will now see if i get a refund.
OR if he gets to put the product in a new $1 plastic bag and resell it to another customer for $50.
Stay tuned.

Ordered a genuine drain pump assembly part for Fisher&Paykal washing machine on a Friday afternoon. Received SMS notifications and emails re part tracking delivery status same afternoon. Part delivered and arrived the following Monday afternoon. Part was genuine and exactly what I ordered. Express delivery, followup emails and SMS notifications kept me informed and I was impressed with the speed of delivery, good price and original, genuine part. Fitted the drain pump and fixed the washing machine in no time. I highly recommend AllFix electrical due to the positive experience and good comms/updates which kept me informed.

The service was terrific, these guys were the only people in town who could fix my oven. They installed a new part and were very fair on price! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Used Allfix for Washing machine parts. Genuine parts, well priced, in stock and showed me the difference between genuine and cheap aftermarket part.

ApplePay filled wrong delivery details, I sent a email within minutes. But they claim they never received it and that the item was delivered to the wrong address and too bad for me.

Referred to Fair Trading who agreed that they are in the wrong, it is that bad.
Ordered a part for my fridge that it said on the website would fit, part didn't fit - it was a lie.
They want me to pay an extra $14 to fix their mistake and receive the new part (pay postage and swap).
They were incredibly rude.
Now let's all see the rudeness they write below in reply like they have to others.
PS. Even Norton Anti-Virus states they are to be warned about.

Don't approach this business if you have a small job, for example rewiring a lamp, because they won't touch small jobs, regardless of your willingness to pay. This is contributing to today's throwaway society and needs to be called out. I cannot recommend this business at all.

Purchased off them through ebay, I do NOT recommend them at all. If a part is asked to be returned they become very nasty and try everything to try to get out of returning the money, Wrong part no's are advertised with wrong parts, hence the need for a refund. Dont buy off them unless you see the spare parts you are purchasing first off is my best advise.

Came to my house and told me they would order a part, call me back and fix it. Fast forward two weeks, no calls back. I called and asked what was up and they said “oh I’m sorry I don’t know what happened we transferred your service to *company that also can’t fix my issue* because we can’t do it, I’ll speak with the guy who came out and call you back tomorrow”. Well surprise surprise, no one called me back. Then I called again just to find out that this company has no idea what they’re doing! This company is a waste of time. If they would have told me the first day that they couldn’t fix it then it would have been a different story. Unprofessional and I’m assuming overwhelmed, don’t go here if you want speedy service!

Ordered a door interlock on a Thursday and the part was in the mail within a couple of hours - nice work!

Oz Post took a week to get it to me, but that's not on AllFix.

The replacement part did look different but was functionally identical, and my washing machine works again - saving me a callout fee. Plus no-one else in Victoria seemed to have the part in stock.

I ordered a replacement Westinghouse Freezer Door shelf; excellent information about part/model numbers on their website given my old fridge model; great price, after comparing with other websites; delivery options where clear; I ordered on Sunday 10/05 and just received in Melbourne Thursday 14/05; I received regular emails from Allfix about tracking and delivery. Well done Allfix; excellent team job and highly recommend this country business in Wodonga VIC - 5 Star Service!

Previously gave a poor review as the delivery was taking a long time. It might have been unfair but instead of an explanation, got a mail accusing me of being ungrateful, unreasonable and ignorant of the current pandemic leading to the delay. Last time I checked, I paid for the part and the seller wasn't just giving it away. Totally taken aback by this attitude. There's one review mentioning the seller being a bully and I absolutely agree with it. Customers can
be wrong but you don't rebuke them in that manner.
Got the part today and it's working fine. No complaint regarding that but any seller needs to be tolerant and calm down even the most disgruntled. Not the other way round.
