When I went to this nail salon I had to wait for 50 mins and I was 2 hours late to my meeting because of this horrible salon they cut my finger and didn’t say sorry I hate this place

OMG! One of my worst experiences, I did pedicure and manicure there. The lady who did pedicure asked me if I wanted my nails to be cut, and I said yes just shape them, surprisingly she cut them all TOO short and even one of my toes has been cut exactly half of the other toes. It did hurt and still I feel pain on my toes. When I complained she and her colleague didn’t even bother to apologise.will never go back.

Get SNS done here. Always friendly and lovely people to speak to, and the job is always done really well:)

Worst leg wax I've ever had. While the woman was very nice she missed entire pitches on both legs. The room is so badly lit I couldn't tell until I got home. Perhaps better for nails, but avoid waxing here!

I went in and got a shellac pedicure, it was all good until the colour was applied. Some of my nails are only half painted on and parts are uneven. The store was also completely empty apart from myself which says to me that it is not very successful, this may be due to the bad paint jobs? I would not recommended this salon.

The salon lacks atmosphere and one of the technicians could be a little friendlier.but, the rest of the staff are lovely and the quality is excellent. I have SNS and after trialing a few places I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this salon for nails.

I went to the shop last Monday and it was nice and clean place to get my manicure done. It has been a week since I got manicure, but it still looks great! I would recommend this place!

Always in a hurry and no attention to detail. The last straw was when two different persons filed my nails and not one checked whether the nails looked the same. Cleanliness and tidiness can also be improved

Great find. Got both Manicure and Pedicure with Shellac in June 2016. They have good range of colors to choose from, shaped and filed the nails before Shellac. It last for more than 4 weeks. I tried other places where they were too rushed for the same price.

Worst experience. They did a very bad job with SNS and when I refused to pay the $60 they said they would fix it and it ended up looking worse. Also, one of the staff member's children was running around the salon annoying clients by singing and invading personal space. Please do not waste your money here. I'm currently at La Française in a Chadstone where Cindy is doing an amazing job fixing what this salon ruined.

Uhm, good value everyone! Manicure Pedicure Shellac only $70, good services and friendly staffs.i will recommend this place.and they seems like bringing a new service to the shop.come in and enjoy.

Absolutely shocking!
Disgusting service, but more importantly bad, really bad job.
Uneven nails, bad colour application, did not prepare the nails at all.
Rushed it through.
Will never be back!

Worst experience.
They mixed thinner into nail polish in front of my eyes!
unfriendly staff, the lady who was doing my pedicure couldn't understand English, I had to ask her several times so that she could understand that I want my nails very short, couldn't file, my toes don't look the same.
Worst happen when they had to mix thinner with OPI nail polish, because they didn't have any more matching color for my toes.
After two days my polish is damaged and look ugly.

The staff are not friendly, the equipment looked dirty, the atmosphere was so ugly and uncomfortable. One of them constantly hurt my feet. I was the only customer in there. No music or tv for my enjoyment just some vietnamese kids singing competition. I wont go back

Most painful pedicure! The lady filed my skin more than my nails, and she clipped far too deep into the skin at one stage, which made me bleed. No scrub or massage, seemed like a rushed job. Yes, I did admittedly get a Groupon voucher, however they should be trying to get me back there, instead I'm planning on running for the hills and never looking back!
