Allcar Autoglass is brilliant! I shopped around about 7 providers for a replacement windscreen for my Audi. I checked out all the "big name" suppliers but was scared off by the horror stories in their customer reviews - damage to vehicles, poor fitting, cables not re-connected, no clean up afterwards and refusal to acknowledge and address faults following installation.check them out and you'll see what I mean. I came across Allcar Autoglass and got to speak directly to the installer, Fazz. He has decades of experience and was knowledgeable about my particular vehicle and the problems that might be encountered. My glass was not in stock at the time so he ordered the replacement glass on Friday afternoon and was at my address early Tuesday morning to install it. My job was a pretty challenging one but Fazz did it very professionally and neatly in a couple of hours. I'm not expecting any issues but I know that if a problem does arise Fazz will respond and address it - unlike those other providers. I'm big on value, not just price, and I know it was worth a few extra dollars for the peace of mind of knowing the job has been done right.

Faz is definitely a professional, being a panel beater by trade I have seen plenty of bad jobs in my time, enough to make me very nervous about who does my own windscreens. You wouldn’t think there could be much that could go wrong but believe me I say there is! Faz was professional and after talking with and watching him work I could tell he knows what he’s doing and he cares about his clients and the work he does.

I decided to go with the upgraded sun resistant windscreen as it is supposed to block a lot of UV rays from the sun. I haven’t had a proper chance to test it but will update this review once summer hits.
