Found exactly what I was after and very satisfied as I had a custom project I was working on. I rang ahead of time and requested to speak straight to the manager, who took his time and understood exactly what I needed as it was quite urgent!

When my order was ready, manager Andrew himself contacted me personally, which you don't get these days, as managers are usually hiding in their offices and not dealing with customers personally!

I am not a cabinet maker, so i dont usually require MDF supplies and cutting services, but i needed some professional help on a small consumer product project. I am so glad I found Allbord Thomastown. Andrew, Paul and Mick (the cutter) provide excellent, friendly service and a premium finished product at an affordable price. Definately using Allbord Thomastown for the mass production of my product. Thank you Team. Well done. 10/10.

I haven’t been completely happy with the service in the past, but my latest dealings with the new manager Andy has changed my opinion. Andy is a professional that goes above and beyond to provide the best service. Thanks again for helping out Andy.

I was not informed anything about my order rang up and told me due to covid we have lost staff. I was very understanding and waited longer than I was told. Had put through a second order to only be told the day before that I was told to pick up that the quote wasn't confirmed in writing. I was told on the phone that when the second batch of my order would be ready. Whoever I was speaking to today then ended the conversation by saying I don't even want to take your order.

When I previously picked up my order I was even told then by the lady there. They will call you closer to the date to have it picked up. When I was at the reception to pick up also my two orders where on paper. But now to only find out that it wasn't confirmed

To them it's only a $300.00 order this person did not care. When as a small business I have a deadline to meet and don't want to disappoint people. But they clearly don't care if they do. I would not recommend this person on the phones service. If you want to go to an all board go to there other locations.

Was not happy with the service I was receiving, so I asked for the manager. Now I know where they get it from. He was very rude and disrespectful! Follow the leader mentality unfortunately.

They have no price list. You have to prepare your full list of material for them to give you a quote. They wont give you an estimate. No online catalogue or discription. I think they only work with professionals who have long experience in cabinet making and purchase in high volume. No one will explain anything for you there.

Avoid, if you pay upfront they will not refund you, will not recommend, 1st they say you can get refunded, will use items for other things. Then when you change your mind they say no, so know we have to figure out what the next thing to do with the item, all we want is a fall refund, we haven't even taken it out of your Factory, still you will not refund us, future note, dont pay upfront, don't be manipulated, until item is already for pick up on the day. Suppose to be 1 & 1/2 weeks, not 2 days. We didn't have the chance to think it over, it was very expensive too. I will delete this post when my mentally I'll brother gets a refund. Respect, we are going on a Carers holiday with our clients too, so we need our $$$$$. $$.
