Just taken over, so can forgive the bugs in the room floor not cleaned properly. Swimming pool was cold and I felt it was too expensive.
Good location next to Botanical Gardens. Clean, has kitchenette. No complaints.

Wow an awesome place, Julzs is a fantastic host, cannot be more helpful, very clean, great size rooms, highly recommended.
We had a last minute cancellation (roughly 50 hours before our stay) and you guys decided to waive our fee and night's stay, thank you for being an honest company, there's not many guys around like you so thank you, if we're ever up this way again, you have our business!
