We choose Trueline Patios after an exhaustive search. From the quoting process through the production and installation, our experience was professional and seamless. The product is top of the the line and easy to use. We would highly recommend Trueline and are very happy with the finished product.

Timeline was kept, Colin and Matt were very professional and explained all aspects of the work being done. The site was cleaned and left very neat and tidy. We were very pleased with the work and the verandah.

Was told that they wouldn’t bother attempting for council approval if they felt the job wouldn’t get approved. So lost $400. I understand that a contract is a contract and $400 is the money for their efforts but very disappointed I got nothing in return. 3 times a representative came to inspect the place, on the 3rd visit a different representative came to assess measurements and they were unaware they’d have to come through the house to complete the task. They got a bit stroppy when they found this out. Goes to show how bad communication is.

With out a doubt the worst most unprofessional company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with
Peter the sale rep was woeful after the initial contact and we never heard from him again after he made a mess of everything he touched
Alan the installer left scratches over our panels and refused to come back and correct his poor workmanship
3 months later we have finally got our pergola finished and it is just ok

Our experience with having All Weather Shelters build our new Patio has overall been positive. We commenced early last year but due to COVID it has taken longer than anticipated. However, once the build was actually started we couldn’t have been happier with Colin, the builder assigned to our job. He was extremely hard working and his attention to detail was spot on.
The office staff that we dealt with, namely, Michelle and Kerryn were always patient ready to assist with any request we had.
Thank you All Weather Shelters we will share many happy times with family and friends under our new Patio.

I hate this company. I regret ever entering into the contract. Expensive and the job looks cheap. They installed things without my approval and they don't even ask if i would be happy with it. The pipe that connects to the downpipe was so cheap and weak that it debonded, fell and cracked. Very poor workmanship- the gutters leak from day one and they don't even come back to repair as requested.

Can't speak highly enough of the service and end result for our Pergola through these guys. From Peter in Sales, to Kerryn and Michelle in the office and then Allan and his team putting up our pergola, the service and attention to detail was fantastic and we were really happy with the price too which is what initially contributed to us deciding to go with All Weather Shelters. Have already recommended them to 2 friends and have had really positive comments about our pergola.

So easy too deal with, I am a returning customer and wouldn't use anyone else!

All Weather Shelters built my carport. Norbert came to my place twice to help with design and permit, Alan built it to an excellent standard and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
