Great service, Lewis came out promptly and fixed our washing machine quickly. Highly recommend.

I rang Lewis to ask about a problem with my washing machine which was leaving black marks on the washing at the end of the cycle. Instead of coming out to my place, which would have incurred a fee, he explained what the problem was over the phone, l followed his instructions ànd all is now fine. Thanks Lewis l would recommend ýou to everyone.

Lewis was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and did a great job with repairing my washing machine. He pin pointed exactly what had happened and what to do in future if it happened again. A quick turnaround and now I can finally use my machine again. A lovely gentleman!

Do NOT use this company! The serviceman called Lewis was sullen, did not listen to anything I told him and ripped me off. I had agreed to pay his $140 service charge and, when he found that all he had to do was replace a solenoid valve (which was exactly what I'd already told him) he announced the valve would cost $160. I had little choice but to agree or otherwise I would have paid the $140 then have to find another serviceman and pay yet another service fee. So I paid him a total of $300 for a few minutes' work. But here's the point: Statewide Appliances charges just $44 online for the exact same solenoid valve. Go figure!

Came out same day as I called to fix my Bosch washing machine. The repairman Lewis was great and had it done in no time and was really knowledgeable.
