Shop is a little run down but did not distract from me enjoying my meal.

Waited precisely an hour for dumplings and soup. Reasonably priced and tastes fine but it’s not worth waiting an hour for. Won’t be returning.

Ordered from here yesterday and it was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning.

Shanghai mini bun was cold. Chilli oil wonton was so over cooked that the wonton skin was a sloppy mush and the starch had leeched into the sauce. The sauce not much flavour other than mild chilli but no other flavour. Seafood noodle soup also full of starch in the 'soup' and the noodles were all mushy and stuck together. They gave a few scraps of seafood and veges. Pan fried pork dumplings were ok- well fried but the skin was so thick that after frying it became some what hard.

AUTHENTIC AND AFFORDABLE CHINESE FOOD

This is my wife and I’s go to Chinese restaurant in the heart of Oakleigh. The food is always delicious, it is affordable and the service is always friendly. We highly recommend coming here!

Our favourites are the Shanghainese fried noodles and pan fried dumplings - always a great feed for a last minute dinner

Really glad we found this gem of a place. Unassuming without any frills, we turned up on a Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised by the sizeable menu (and absolutely cheap dumplings and noodles).

We ordered pork dumplings, prawn hargow, Shanghai vermicelli noodles, Brocolli in garlic sauce and sweet and sour pork. The main dishes were relatively priced ($20-ish) compared to other establishments however they were huge in potion size, fresh and delicious. The noodles were awesome, not greasy at all with plenty of meat and vegetables. The dumplings were filled with filling and everything was served quickly with a smile.

We’ll definitely be back.

This is my local, and the food here is consistently just delicious! There is nothing fancy, just tasty, good food. Dumpling are divine, and the salt and pepper calamari is perfection. As are their Noodle dishes.

Excellent food. Best Asian restaurant in town. Yummiest food ever. Awesome pricing. Very friendly staff and feel lucky to live close to this joint. Everytime I go there for dinner I end up buying extra food for the next day too. Highly recommended

Used to be great. I think The chef must have been having a bad day as all our takeaway meals were below par.

Like the Singapore noodles, dumplings aren't too bad. Honey chicken not too bad. Somewhat variable each time we go, but that could also be dependent on how long the order sits there.

This restaurant never disappoints! Whether eating in or taking away, the food is consistently full of flavour and fresh. The dumplings are packed with filling, and their incredible spring onion pancakes have become a family favourite. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere, and staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Great place - haven't been able to eat in store but they sell 15 frozen dumplings for $10 which is a great deal - I buy 45 at a time to take home for lunch and snacks later in the week.

Decent food. Overpriced. The prices on their online menu are about 30% less than their actual price. Not worth it

I order their food since first lock down and now I order their food at least twice a week:). The dumplings and Shanghai pork mini bun are amazing same as noodles and chill beef. I really miss their friendly staffs. Happy new year guys!

I never experienced this kind of rudeness with a customer. The manager Hao said clearly he didn't care if this restaurant run or closed down as he didn't feel sorry for his behaviour.

The food was delicious and service was quick. I have taken away a star because my pork dumplings were actually chicken and prawn. I'm not allergic or anything so it was fine but could be a problem for others so just double check!

I ordered $20 Shanghai crispy chicken off menu log, I expected to chicken to go a little soft after the delivery time, but what I recieved was terrible, $20 for plain, soggy, unflavoured chicken is shocking, won't order from here again, there's more flavour in a coles chicken.

Best Asian food in the area – excellent range and always consistent. Please support this business!
