We had our Law Firm Christmas Party in the Rose Garden yesterday and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! Absolutely stunning location, amazing food and wines and the service was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Lizzie was exceptional at organising the day, and made the whole experience easy and very enjoyable. We will be back!

Nice place, however staff were very rude and told me lunch was over even tho 1 hour later there is food being sold. Must need a 4wd to enter as my 2wd got bogged. So don't waste your time with these scammer when they don't care about you. Toilets were messy with a massive log in one. Our group of 15 don't reccomend.

Lovely gardens, family friendly, tasty pizza at Bonnie’s. Wine tastings are excellent value for money compared to other wineries.

Beautiful location, wine tasted great

We’re tossing up between two wines, asked for a single taster between two of them and we’re told to goto the cellar if we wanted to sample the wine to goto the cellar and rudely “if I give you a taster everyone might want one”
I can understand that if we were asking for multiples but a single taster to decide between which bottles to buy for the table is pretty poor form

Quite rude and disinterested staff, but whatever, it happens

Food was somewhat bland and the ratios of pizzas ordered under the set menu was super off, small share salads / potatoes were tiny for the group size, overloaded with Margherita / Dry garlic pizza and a single meat pizza to share between 16 was again pretty poor form

Overall the food and service put a massive dampener on an otherwise great looking venue with nice wine

I recently had a wedding at All Saints in late December last year. The venue was stunning and the catering was fantastic. However I must share a few takeaways and feedback pointers which I’ve shared with the All Saints events team which soured our experience and wedding day.
1) Unable to meet agreed bump in (afternoon prior to my wedding day) due to another wedding. All Saints did not advise us of any changes. Was only advised when florist and organizers were on site.
2) 9 am bump in on morning of wedding - Met with being advised that event manager was not working on the day of our wedding. Provided the manager from Bonnies to ops manage my wedding day.
3) Bridal room was agreed upon to be used in the new main tasting area. However upon the day (being that my event manager was no longer working that day) we were pushed to a makeshift wall of wine barrels in the reception hall (with your guest). Not appropriate for a bride for dress changes. Later on we were met with our agreed upon bridal room in the tasting room (it's newly built) but it was constantly locked, and there is a camera in the room which made outfit changes for the bride extremely difficult.
4) Confetti - All Saints has a strict rule on no rice or plastic streamers as confetti for the ceremony. It was agreed to only use rose petals and leaves. However, at the time of the ceremony, the confetti was locked away and not released to my mother in law when requested. I was shocked to learn that the 100 packaged rose petals and heart shaped leaves (all bio friendly) that my mother in law had spent days preparing were withheld from her when asked for. It's heartbreaking to time invested by my mother in law go to waste.
5) Early pack up - Waitering staff and team that night decided to start packing up tables at 10: 30, while reception was paid until 11. A Lot of my guests and friends questioned on the night and weeks to come the reasoning for packing up tables while patrons were still present. It's not a good look and I suggest this to be reviewed upon. The bride was also unable to enjoy a drink at the end of the night as drinks were stopped supplied prior to the end of the night.
6) Constant change of event managers. In the 12 months since placing a deposit, we had a change over of 4 different event managers. Milly, Mario, Charlene and finally Danika. Over the 12 months, there was no consistency around who was managing the portfolio, and credit to Danika, who took the reins of something that was mis-managed from the departure of Milly.

I would like to share my experience as I believe these minor issues (caused by management/staff) will be something we remember on our special day. I do encourage for this feedback to be responded to and taken into account.

Myself and 40 guest had a fantastic experience at All Saints Winery for my 40th Birthday. We enjoyed a 2-course meal and were impressed by the amazing wines that were paired to our menu. The service we received was 10/10, and the venue received an "A+. " Overall, the tasting room and restaurant has a High-end feel and well worth a visit. I would highly recommend this winery to anybody visiting or show casing a small or large event.

Thanks

Aidan Robertson.

Came in for a wine tasting, staff were impolite and looked like they didn’t want to be there.
The ladies next to us got just under half a glass to ‘taste’ but we got a drip and we were ignored.
Was planning on buying a few bottles but left empty handed as the staff were inhospitable.

We had a large group booking here for lunch and unfortunately this place just missed the mark. We were wanting to buy a $90 magnum but the service was so woeful that we decided not to. Food was really average, pizzas incredibly salty, dry and bland. Overall our experience was not great and we wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful setting. Ordinary food. Read online it was dog friendly but the waitress seemed annoyed about our two quiet greyhounds and suggested they might cause a complaint, before asking a nearby table if they were bothered by us being there (they hadn’t seemed to notice us at all). Just a bit of an odd and unwelcoming atmosphere.

The venue was beautiful, however the meal we had at Kin was very disappointing. I think it’s fair to say these days the population who would be inclined to spend the dollars to have an special meal are also pretty fair cooks themselves and have the ability to be fairly critical about the food. For lunch the menu was very simply and brief in description and choice, not really a problem but that is also how the meal was served very small servings, favour should be memorable but was not at all. A lot of money for a very average food experience. It should be all about flavour. The green salad was great.

Worst pizzas ever - we booked in recently for the long weekend and had lunch at their pizza restaurant Bonnie. Pains me to say, but these were simply some of the worst pizzas we've ever had. The crust was biscuit-like and toppings were of a poor standard and tasteless in some parts, also looked thrown together (and not in a good way). I also noticed a bunch of burnt pizzas being served to other customers. You'd expect being a winery with a wood-fired oven, they would smash out a great more traditional style pizza and make the investment in the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, this not the case. The wait staff greeting/serving us were super friendly but the lady on register didn't seem to be loving her job. The tastings and winery itself are def worth a visit though. Great venue to enjoy a Sat/Sun session.but bring your own lunch ;).

Was at the Walkabout Winery Tour on the June Long weekend with a small group of 4, walked in on the Sunday arvo around 2.30pm and the joint was packing up when every other winery was still rocking! Walked into Bonnie's to order a pizza and sit outside to dine, and the restaurant even though seemed busy would not accept our order and rudely told us they were out of dough! Hah! Whatever, just rude and obnoxious! Proceeded to go to the cellar door and were told to pay for our tastings, are you for real when it was all in the walkabout package deal!? Would never go back her or recommend to anyone!

Absolutely terrible service and average wine, plenty of better options around. (Some staff in the Bonnie restaurant need training…)

We had our wedding at All Saints Estate in March 2022 and it was the perfect venue. From the moment our guests drove down the beautiful driveway lined with trees until you reach the castle with the beautifully kept gardens they were in awe at the venue. The food was amazing and the wine was even better. The staff went above and beyond for us the entire time, especially our events manager Milly. She was just incredible to deal with and helped us tackle every issue we had through the entire process. She met with us multiple times no matter what and really helped put us at ease.
Our guests loved our wedding so much and every single guest complimented us on the venue. Cannot thank All Saints enough for making our day extra special.
