Last year I used their service and paid money and the staff said it covers all the expenses such as registration, settlement and also will claim the stamp duty benefit, once house finished.
Now the house is finished, the staff who helped us have gone and the boss saying if I need to claim stamp duty benefit then pay another $500!
What a joke!
I should have recorded the first conversation!
Peeps just go somewhere else.

I find it there was nothing go wrong from start to end of All Property Conveyancing's services. I dealt with Leon Ma at Preston office. I personally recommend people using this legal firm and rated ***** for this.

If i could rate zero, i would. Horrible services.as other comments mentioned, very hard to get a response from them regarding you issues.hardly update to your case.i asked for VOI form few times.very very reactant to send it to for signing. We were asked to sign at their office, which is quite far away from our place. Absolutely AVOID it.

Worst experience ever! Bad customer services.dont reply and never give us updates on the process!
