Becoming a first homeowner is an exciting and unfamiliar territory but Shakila made the whole process seamless. She regularly checked in with me about any updates and information I needed to be aware of before settlement, she explained everything thoroughly and clarified any concerns we had. On settlement day we ran into an issue which was a fault of our broker and bank which meant settlement was delayed up to almost a week later. The situation became stressful as we needed to move in the same day, but Shakila contacted the vendor right away and organised a licence agreement for us to still be able to move in that original settlement day, we cannot thank her enough for her efficiency in the matter.
