Our experience with All doors was definitely not a good one. I would not recommend their service at all. I give them 0 stars, but review site will not allow a 0 review. Hence the 1 star.

We ordered a front and back door, plus install. We also asked if Paul could recommend if fly screen doors could be installed.

Measure up and quote were prompt, however we waited months and months for the doors to be installed. After phoning Paul many times whilst waiting, he informed me that he couldn't get the doors I'd chosen. So I chose another door and waited again. He seemed very patronising and rude each time I phoned to check on arrival of doors. Entrance doors installed finally, but we had to wait even longer for the fly wire door. Paul informed us that he could only install a fly wire door on front entrance and not at back entrance.

When installing front door he misjudged were door handle needed to be, so he left a mark in the door from incorrect placement of handle. Paul didn't repair this. He also damaged the timber around my laundry window, which runs next to the back door, that he installed. He didn't repair this either, he was aware of the damage as he phoned to tell me.

Paul arrived in the dark, about 8pm, to fit the fly wire door. The door was hung and he left. As he drove away, I attempted to close my front door, it would not close. I rang Paul immediately and he returned. He had to take the fly wire door off and move it out as the door handle was catching on the fly screen door. This worked and I was able to close the front door, but it left uneven and large gaps around the fly wire door. Defeating the purpose of having a fly screen to keep bugs out.

Next day I also noticed that the holes he had made in my door frames were not finished with hardware, just a rough sharp hole. Also my door frames were damaged, from Paul banging them with a mallet when fitting doors.

When I phoned Paul to ask him if he could fix these issues he stated that he couldn't finish off holes with hardware as the gap around doors wasn't wide enough. He also stated that he couldn't fix the gap around the fly screen door as he had to move it out so that my front door could close. He seemed extremely angry at me and very patronising. I stated that he should have noticed that they didn't fit when measuring for quote and if he did, he should have informed me of the issue and not installed them.

After some time on the phone with him arguing the point he agreed to come back to the house and try to rectify the issues. He added hardware to the holes but did not fix the damage from mallet. It looked very ordinary and did not look professional. He also glued foam around the gap around fly wire door, it was not ideal and did not look professional either. My front door handle gets stuck every so often and I can't open the door from inside. Have to walk around to outside, open fly wire door and then front door.

The job was extremely pricey and I definitely expected a professional job. I did not recieve one. The whole process from start to finish was not a good one and Paul was extremely rude and patronising. I definitely would stay away from this Company. Wish I had read reviews on this site before using them to install my doors, as there were lots of reviews from Customers having a similar bad experience.

Went in to ask about a front door and was enquiring about what types of glass I could have and what styles of iron work I could have. I asked if the door was solid wood and what type of work etc so I can make an informed decision. The guy questioned me saying, what is it you want. The tone and manner was so rude I knew right then that there is no way I will buy a door from him and I will certainly be sharing my horrible experience.
The lack of customer service and fact that I seemed to be taking up his time just shows what sort of business it is.
I was trying to shop and support local business but not for my doors!

Thankyou to Paul and the team did great job at my house. Literially cost me half the price of major door places:)

Enquired about solid hardwood, I was quoted Solid core maple veneer door 139.00 apparently chipboard veneer
(cut to size $65 exorbitant) door Wednesday. Thursday I ask him to have it ready by next Wednesday. He replied yes he requires payment before cutting. Sunday he told me credit card payment. Then on Tuesday I sent him email to confirm payment complete and I will be picking it up Wednesday lunchtime. No response since Sunday. I then caught $150 maxi cab ride I was 5 min away and I called him to ask location. He replied the doors not ready today I can have it ready by tomorrow. I then said I’m in a maxi cab. He then interrupted stating I can have it ready by later today as in 4 hours. I then said I’m in maxi cab 5 mins from you location to pickup door. After that he replied I’ve got other stuff on the workbench now eventually saying can you give me 30mins. I then had to do shopping and go to pharmacy in maxi adding $40. I arrived he was not at the front reception and had to go get door. He didn’t help me carry it to the maxi. A few days later after 50% completion of installing and drilling with hole saw. I realised that the door is chipboard veneer not hardwood as requested. His response was that unbeknownst to me he decided chipboard veneer is suitable for interior purpose, that if I could find a solid hardwood plain door he would refund me. Furthermore he said when you pick up a door and you can’t tell it’s not solid there’s something wrong with you. Moreover he said if you solid hardwood interior door anywhere he would gladly refund full amount. I sent him the quote of the doors plus to no avail.

Terrible customer service. I got a quote for a sliding door which was reasonable. I arranged for Paul to come around at 5. At 5.40 I rang him to tell him I had to go and before I could tell him my Mrs would be home he hung up on me and haven't heard anything since. Piss poor mate!

I personally would not use these guys again at all. We ordered a new front door that had a clear finish put over the top. While the door was being hung i noticed a stain on the door that looked like it was a large water drop and the clear was put straight over the top. I questioned the guy about it and he said ah it must have had it there from the factory, so instead of him returning the door to the factory he decided to finish the door off with the clear and install it hoping we would not notice until he had gone.
