Service by All Cases at Westfield Doncaster is amazing. This is my Go to place for any phone issues and they provide a great after care service too.

I came to a lot of places and they all recommend me to change the new phone as my phone is too old and they can’t do anything but the staff in All cases was really nice, i just need to do the cleaning service to get the phone work again instead of changing the new phone. The phone is a gift and i want to keep it as long as i can. Thank you the staff here again?

Best customer service. Honest customer advice.
My screen's not working, got quoted somewhere else more than $100. They figured out the setting problem and didn't ask me to pay anything.

I highly recommend this place!

️ BEWARE of the prices you get charged here. Stall attendant lacks integrity. ️

I came here on the weekend and got served by a woman who was accompanied by two friends. I think they were hanging out while she was working. She quoted me $59 to get my screen protector replaced and was speaking really fast and was a bit pushy. I was a mildly surprised with the price but I only had a small time frame available, so I accepted it and stood to the side while she spoke in a different language to her friends (she didnt know I understood it). She was teaching her friends to overwhelm the customer and "Say the price firmly without giving them time to question it. So if I say $59, it's up to the customer to accept it or not. It doesn't matter if it's cheaper elsewhere. It's up to the customer to do their research. That's their fault. " After she finished changing my screen protector, she was pushing to spend more of my money by offering to add a phone camera protector. Interested, I asked for the price and she quoted $55. I said no thank you knowing that was far TOO much! So she seemed a bit disappointed and said quickly "There's another protector I can do for $35 instead". Me, being quite turned off, kindly declined "No thank you".

And then. Her friend, who DOESN'T even work at the store (!) started to push harder saying my phone case was "very brown and dirty. And it looks old. You should change it and get a new case". I kindly said "No thank you". Paid the money I was due and left.

It's true I didn't do my research before accepting my first quote of $59. But what I heard from the conversation this person had with her friends shows me she does not have integrity. Maybe she was trying to show off to her friends, but I dont want to come back again.

She did do a nice job changing my screen protector. So I will leave an extra star for that. At least I have some integrity.

My husband and I got our mobile glass screen protectors replaced with silicon ones. They altered the protector for my husband’s phone for free. Very impressed with their speedy and careful service.

I am very happy with the service I have received from JJ and other people working at, All Cases on the 23rd and 24th of December 2022. My iPhone froze in emergency mode at about 8 pm December 23rd. There was nothing I could do personally to rectify the problem. I took it to Westfield shopping centre and approached another mobile phone booth and then the Apple store. Neither of these were able to help me.

I attended at, All Cases shortly after nine and JJ replaced the screen and battery. Unfortunately my phone was still frozen in emergency mode. She did further work on my phone that night and the following day and finally rectified the problem at 2 pm on December 24th. The reason for the extra time needed was because I could not remember my Apple ID. JJ was very patient and persisted with the challenge and eventually unfroze my iPhone without the correct Apple ID.

It was very frustrating for me, two days before Christmas to have my phone out of action and looking at the prospect before I attended at All Cases, of possibly not having it repaired for another week. I am tremendously grateful that JJ at, All Cases was able to unfreeze my phone at such short notice.

If it was frustrating for me it must have been even more frustrating for her working with somebody who could not remember the Apple ID password and who did not have it recorded somewhere. She did not show any frustration to me. As far as I am concerned she really went above and beyond what you would normally expect somebody to do under the circumstances.

The other staff I dealt with at All Cases were also very helpful.

In future if I have any problems with my iPhone I will be taking it to All Cases and I will also be recommending the store to others.

My partner and I just took a dead iPhone to Apple, who told us the phones logicboard is dead and can't be saved. We then took the same phone to All Cases and spoke to the awesome JANET, who fixed it in 10 minutes for $79! The 2 other staff MAY and ERIC were super nice and very helpful. If you ever need a phone repaired, take it to this shop, they are simply the BEST! THANKS GUYS!

Wow Customer Service plus Janet was amazing she fixed my broken screen within one hour at half the price of what other shops quoted me and gave me a discount on a cover for the back

if ever you are looking to have your phone repaired this is the place to go
friendly service quick and efficient and they do not rob you
I wish I could give them six stars

Absolutely amazing people here. Had a small issue with my phone and the lady happily helped me with my issue and didn't charge me anything. What a rare thing to see. Pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend them.
