Terrible experience.went in there to browse for some new sheets for my queen bed.the store worker convinced me to get a king sheet set, saying it was only 2-3cm difference and misinforming me, saying that since i had a pillow top then would need a king.obviously they are not 2-3cm in difference and couldn’t use the sheets.went back in asking for a refund as i didn’t want to support a business like that, and was told “we dont do refunds” to which i replied that is illegal and tried to argue, however it didn’t work so i’ve made a formal complaint to the heads of the company
