Ali's Jumbo Kebabs reviews
61 Unprofessional and very rude staff and very low quality food.
I was in there Tuesday night 16/02/21 at 8: 00 pm.
Never suggested to anyone one.
Do not waste your money.
These guys are serving not genuine food just ate there, ordered Lamahcun and it comes like home made pizza base and just mince on that its just an ordinary pizza, don't like the taste it's a waste of money its second time I ate there but not good quality and not taste like genuine food you eat at original Turkish Kebab shop.
Ali's Jumbo kebabs (Mitcham) is the worst ever kebab shop I've ever seen. Staffs are very unprofessional and rude, they barely speak sound English, food takes ages to get ready, and it is quite usual to have your order confused with another costumer.
Bad customer services. Delays in order. 20 times wait even if they have not much customers. Lazy staff
I wish I would have given zero rating
It’s not because of food but the guy served me on front counter
Had so much attitude
I just had asked the simple question what the container has
He giving me bad attitude like just figure out
It’s all on there
I just finished my day
Came to have something after such a tired day
Is this the way you guys treat the customers
I wouldn’t come to this place ever again
And suggest that guy will fix his attitude
Thank you
Uber order 40 minutes ago and still waiting. Not uber fault but Ali kebabs apparently serving other customers first and not responding to our uber driver and let him know when our food is ready. Such poor poor service. At least let people know what's going on.
Exceptional customer service. Fresh, tasty and restaurant quality food. Thankyou - we will definitely return.
Average food not impressive with massive higher prices then any normal Kebab shop.
Staff needs attention all non serious.
Give them try if you really don’t have any other option.
No thrills kebab shop, not very talkative staff, but it's ok, cause the HSP was worth it.
Plenty of meat and sauce, chips were crispy and I walked away satisfied.
You guys have a MAJOR hygiene issue. It is either the meat or the cleanliness or you use old stuff for Uber orders. Never ordering again!
I noticed that depending on the time of day/night, service could get a little unpleasant but I understand as I assume the staffs are tired working over night.
But really great food, I love eating here so much.
From the humble beginnings of the caravan, to the multi shop empire, Ali's kebabs has never skipped a beat on quality, taste, customer service, trading hours, or any other category! The entire menu is delicious and all at an excellent price!
My preference is for REAL lamb not the soft Halal stuff a lot of kebab shops serve. Edible but not my choice
Always consistently great kebabs and the chips are awesome. Been coming here for about 8 years.
Went through a bad period but are pretty decent now, giving 2 stars because I absolutely hate places that feel the need to put a minimum on card purchases ($15 in this case) get rid of the minimum and you get 5 stars
Owner always talks to you with a big smile. You might pay a couple of bucks extra but always fresh. Potions are slightly smaller to any other Kebab shop in the area.
Delicious, massive, 1.5 kilo greasy kebab. Tight packed with a while lot of meaty goodness! Perfect midnight feast.
How can this place be considered r. Something stars?
It's your typical middle eastern "feed them whatever harbage" kebab shop.
Try travelling in Iran, Lebanon, Turkey or Greece.
They'd laugh at what slops were served here in Australia.
This is my second time had bad experience, lettuce and khobz or bread were not fresh at all. Lettuce literally turned yellowish. Unbelievabl.
