Alice in Fabricland

A lovely shop to buy anything to do with knitting.
We have been there a couple of times when we have been staying at the Kyneton Bush Resort. We have been served by a delightful lady who has been very patient in helping us novice knitters. We both wish her well.

The name tells it all. Stepping into this building is immersing oneself in a beautiful cacophony of awesome quilting fabrics. They have a large range and all the relevant accessories for quilting. I don't quilt but use their fabric for dresses. Wish they had bias binding as it would be handy for me but appreciate they can't stock everything. The lady is really sweet and quaint and helpful. Support local and come here!

What a magical store with wonderful people. Fiona always makes me feel at home (even with 3yo twins by my side - they just adore her kids felt board!). Fabric selection is beyond beautiful and the customer service is exceptional. The yarn selection even made me start knitting again! I also had 2 orders during lockdown that were hand delivered to my door, the same day and beautifully wrapped. Can always find what I need. My favourite shop in town. Can't rate highly enough.

What a nice experience shopping at this store is. Friendly and helpful staff who really took an interest in our plans, as well as a great inventory of fabrics and yarns. Something for everyone. We all left cheerful and happy with our purchases. Well done. Exactly what a quilt shop should be.
