If we could give one star we would. Asked for a fade. What is this? Uneven and rude customer service.

I cannot believe how I was literally just blasted over the phone by the manager there. After my appointment, I called & calmly explained I wasn’t entirely happy with my hair cut. When making my appointment I was asked if I would have an apprentice cut my hair. I politely said I would rather not.

While getting my hair cut the hairdresser then proceeded to tell me she didn’t know how she would go as she hadn’t cut a woman’s hair in years. Yes she was qualified, but was not a practicing hairdresser at that moment. She was there to help and told me the last time she worked there a women’s haircut was $40 & hadn’t cut a woman’s hair in years.
Today I paid $65 for no more than 10min in the chair, only months ago being charged $50 for the same cut.

I am absolutely disgusted with the manager Liana who I spoke with who was literally screaming at me, screaming that this woman was pregnant like i was trying to cause her distress, which is exactly why I dealt with it over the phone! Speaking over the top of me because this woman was qualified, end of story.
I have no issue with the young woman who cut my hair, in fact the staff there are great. I am simply not happy in paying $65 for a hair cut that took 10mins by someone who hasn’t cut hair in years, & yes I wasn’t happy with the cut. Especially seeing the hairdresser who didn’t seem completely confident as she said herself, she didn’t know how she would go. Her words. But the way it was dealt with by the manager was something else. Completely unprofessional & an obvious aim to get costumers in & out as quickly as possible at a high price. I’m sure people will catch on quickly if that is how you value paying customers.

Had my hair cut and coloured by Bryche a couple of weeks ago. After 2 previous sets of foils elsewhere that were not great, I’m very happy. Will definitely be returning.

Great staff, great staff, lovely place & ambience, they give you a free cappuccino, team or whatever you want. I rang last minute and in in a couple of days and was happy with my hair. I would recommend.

I went in for a trim ended up taking off more as it was necessary in the chair for less than 8 mins $60! A-bit rich for me

Great atmosphere, I didn't have an appointment walked in and they fitted me in, didn't have to wait long either.

I have been seeing Hayley from Alfredton Hair and Beauty for almost a year now and I am so impressed. From the moment I walked into the salon I knew I would be in good hands. Hayley and I are on an adventure getting my naturally dark, thick, curly hair to be bright, blonde and manageable. The time and effort Hayley puts into my hair is remarkable and I always leave happy. Thanks for putting up with my thick nightmare hair!

Very friendly and helpful. Great enviroment with a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are very competitive and parking is easy!

Ok where should I’m begin. So I messed up my hair real bad (bleach and pink dye) so I called my usual salon but they where fully booked in, so I went to this place hoping to to get my hair fixed, before we got to the dye, we had to strip the colour out, all good even though it took 1 and a half hour just for that little part. I told the hair dresser I wanted a dusty pink, so she went to go mix up the thing and when she washed it off it was a dusty purple? I’m still very confused, and the hairdresser didn’t even tell me she was changing the Entire Colour. Let’s not forget that I said I want a tiny bit off my hair because it is already quite short, however they cut like a whole two inches (it might not seem like a lot but I had my hair just above my shoulders and now its at my chin) and it also took 3 hours. But I still love the colour!

Liana and the team are fabulous they make you feel like a million bucks when you leave, service is exceptional.
