Amazing company with helpful and supportive staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We approached Alfex with limited knowledge and had so many questions regarding what product would suit our requirements and area of work. They were VERY patient, and answered all our questions, gave us reading material and resources to support us in our decision. We were given product demos and explanations as well as samples to take back to those who were unable to make it in person.

All the staff at Alfex were very professional and made us feel like valued clients. Their communication was amazing. They were prompt in their responses and were patient when waiting for our replies. We felt welcome when we visited the business in person and felt as though they had all the time in the world for us.

A big shoutout to Fab who was our contact prior to purchasing. Fab and I had many conversations over the phone and email where he was barraged with questions which he happily answered. He demoed the product in person twice and allowed us to stay for as long as we needed.

Alfex have been great at providing support and maintenance for our Kern laser. They respond quickly, are helpful and have at times stocked critical spare components that has helped us to minimise machine downtime.

My experience so far with Alfex Lasers has been excellent. Fab De Fazio has been simply brilliant right from the start and has continually been super helpful right from my first inquiry over 6 months ago. His knowledge of the lasers, customer service and helpful problem solving nature was a critical part of why I purchased the Epilog Fusion Edge 24.

Christian's service was incredible. He gave us all the time we needed to make a decision, with no sales pressure. He answered every question we had until we felt we were making the correct decision. Setup and training was great, and we are loving our new laser cutter. Every person we spoke to at Alfex was incredibly helpful.

Fantastic service! Walter gave great advice and resolved all the issues we were having with our laser. Looking forward to having him out again.

Had a technical issue that we could not sort out ourselves. Within one hour of making a phone call to Alfex I was contacted by Leigh from technical support directly and the problem was rectified. Leigh went over and beyond my expectations. This is not the first time i have experienced this first class service. The laser we purchased is a superiour product to anything else we could find on the market. We have had it three years now and no problems at all. It is satisfying to purchase a great product but in my opinion even more important to receive quality after sales service. Keep up the good work Alfex.

Thank god I didn't go ahead and by a machine from this place, very bad service and extremely overpriced. Shop around much better alternatives.

First of all I have to disagree totally with the previous post. I have purchased equipment from Alfex and have recommended them to other work colleagues who have also purchased. The customer service exceptional all enquiries are dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this compamy

Possibly the worst customer service from a business I have ever see.

1. Sent me a quote with missing item hoping I wouldn't notice
2. Almost impossible to get a call back from anybody
3. Ignored my calls, email, messages. When I got through to the receptionist and explained the issue, again I got no response.
4. I went in to the show room in person and the salesman I was discussing products with was sitting 3 meters from me, he ignored me and got one of the other staff to get rid of me by telling that the salesman is busy and will call me in the morning.again no call back or email.

Customer service that comes with buying a any machine is extremely important. Unfortunately I have not seen that at all from Alfex Australia.

Avoid at all costs.

A very customer service focused company. Great product, great service, great training, and great support. As someone new to the industry I would highly recommend purchasing through Alfex.
