Very disappointed with the tall blonde woman. You all had masks on why was it suggested I wear one? Ridiculous

I was coming to pickup those items.
I’m not sure any store in Ballarat can afford a $10,000 plus sale to walk out the door over a masks but I guess you guys do now.
Will never enter your store while? Make people feel second class. I gave 1 star because Kim replied to my emails.

Wow what a beautiful shop, the ladies helping me were second to none and so understanding to my needs and gave me great advice

I haven’t been in this shop for a few years because l hated being followed around. It made me feel like they thought l was going to steel something. Anyway l went back because l wanted something special. Unfortunately it’s still the same l was followed around & asking buy multiple staff if there was something they could help with. I just wanted to say leave me alone & let me look. Will never be back.

Always in love with this place, they have the most beautiful pieces and care so much about helping you find something perfect. Absolute gem! (pun intended)

I am aghast! That my daughter and self were asked to wear face masks in the store today as apparently they had a sick staff member! You’ve lost me! Mask regulations were updated 1 week ago! Hence WE left! I’ll take my business elsewhere after a greeting as such!

Lady serving me in the shop was extremely rude due to the fact that the ring I bought was very thinly plated silver and was black underneath. No help was given and was very misleading. Very unprofessional!

Today, I bought a lovely set of beautiful German glass wine glasses. They are just astonishing! The lady who serviced us was just delightful and provided quality and exceptional customer service, she even had the nice touch of allowing my dog to come into the store.

I will definitely be buying there again

I so enjoyed my visit to Alexa's Treasures. The range of jewellery was absolutely AMAZING! There was so much more than jewellery. The staff were attentive and helpful and clearly enjoying their job. I would definately recommend a shopping trip to Alexa's Treasures.

Beautiful unique pieces and bought a gorgeous turquoise ring from one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest jewellers. Thank you, such an amazing store.

The most amazing service! Absolutely beautiful jewellery with everything from well loved estate pieces and modern gemstones. There is a piece for every occasion and Kim, Gabi, Kate, Mel and Renai are such wonderful women to deal with. All going above and beyond to make sure you find what you need, but also those perfect treasures you hadn't even thought of!

The staff are very, very helpful and nice. And the range of lovely jewellery is amazing! Worth a trip to Ballarat just to spend time in Alexa's!

Some beautiful jewellery especially their estate jewellery. Reasonable prices. Kim, although not there at the moment, is an absolutely beautiful person and always willing to help.

My experience with this place is not good.
After first walking through the door and jumped on, I didn't feel comfortable. Then to be followed around as though they had to watch you I found that I just wanted to leave. Yes, the jewellery was lovely, but the bigger lady sitting on the stool didn't even say anything at all. Nice to be acknowledged would have been nice.
So won't be back at all. And I'm a local.

Dishonest and unprofessional business. They sold us faulty jewellery and and refused to take responsibility. I don't know how the sleep at night. Avoid Alexa's Treasure's and shop elsewhere.

First of all, the customer service here is awesome. As soon as the door opens, the staff will greet you warm smiles. We came here today and luckily they are on sale so we bought a set of necklace and earrings. Whoever wants to buy something unique and more options of jewellery you would always find something nice there. I will surely come back here again.

To quote Gary Donovan, "The person sitting on her stool conducting these valuations is one of the most disrespectful, condescending and horrible people I have came across in a long time.

Do yourself and favour and go to another jeweller.

We went in to correct a piece of jewellery we purchased the year before whilst on holiday. The lady in charge simply sat in her chair, kept on eating and didn't want to listen to our request. We managed to convey we were happy to pay to rectify the problem, her only response was that we could buy something else. Extremely disappointing.
One star is one star too much.

Lovely assortment of jewlery, crystals, and precious stones. I purchased some irreplaceable pieces including carved jade mugs. Worth the drop in!
