Don't stay there if you need a good night's sleep and want to feel refreshed for work the next day. Not only is the street noisy, but I (room 17) could hear the water heaters running all night and couldn't sleep. The rooms are OK, but there is no microwave or cutlery. So again, not great if you just want to stay in your room, eat in your room and get ready for work the next day.

Good functionality in a central location and reasonably priced. Only downsides from our single experience was poor sound insulation meant we heard noises from the unit above and also some early morning traffic noise.

I stayed here for a week whilst up in Bendigo for work. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. A great lil home away from home. I’ll be back:)

I enjoyed my week long stay. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. I stayed in The Studio, a spa suite, which was further from the road so it was nice and quiet.
Location is fantastic. There's a great pub right next door and it's not a rowdy doof doof type of pub either. Great meals there.
Only a short walk from downtown Bendigo or the lake.
Nice wide parking spaces. Keyless entry meant that I didn't have to carry a bulky room key around with me, nor did I have to "check out" to return a key. A well stocked mini bar. Lots of towels, soaps etc.
I'm only holding back on one star as I would have liked a bit more basic crockery present in the room. I understand I could have asked for them, however it would be more convenient to have them ready on hand.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Nice room in a good location but the rooms are noisy with traffic noise and also water through the pipes when other units are using their bathrooms. No live check in and very early closing of office hours is not ideal

This boutique accommodation, centrally located was very good for our two nights stay. We stayed in two different rooms, upstairs and downstairs and both of them have been clean, spacious and with comfortable beds. Staff were excellent. Normally I wouldn't name anyone but I have to give 10 stars to Jullian. Thank you for lovely stay and all information.

I would say my stay was average. When I arrived to my room, the outside of my room reeked badly of cigarettes and gave me a massive headache. Another issues was that the hot water barely worked, I got warm water at best.
But other than that, the service was great, the rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. They offered a portable cot for my infant son for an extra $10 which was nice.

Perfect stay. Super location, clean, comfortable and best part was free Tesla charger for our car. Love the modern touches. Pub next door is also 5 star. Highly recommended.

Clean, easy parking, heating, electric blankets. Crystal on reception was extremely helpful & polite.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. The contactless check-in/check out is such a game-changer because we didn't get in until nearly 11pm. They text you the code so you can arrive whenever. Beds are comfy and the shower is really nice. Would definitely stay again. Super impressed!

Motel was great, clean and convenient but if you have mobility issues it's probably better to ask for a ground floor room.

Perfect location - walking distance to the heart of Bendigo. Comfortable room. Excellent value for money. Most importantly, the hospitality shown by Crystal was exceptional. We look forward to staying here again.

Great linen on the bed and in the bathroom. Fairy quiet for being on a major road. My only complaint is that the WiFi wasn't working: we could establish a secure connection with the password provided, but there was no internet.

Spacious room, good options of blankets (do many places offer only a heavy doona), quality towels, informative compendium. Good vibes hotel next door, convenient walking distance to CBD

Great place. Their spa rooms are must try. Went there around New year with my partner. We experianced exceptional customer service. Rooms were sparkly clean and they let us extend our stay and gave free upgrade too. Bless them. Very hardworking management

Loved my stay, very clean, very quiet, comfortable bed and modern bathroom, walking distance to all utilities. I will happily recommend, in fact I already have to my friends.

The rooms are very good and the location close to town is great. Only complaint is the online check in, ordering of breakfast seems to be too complicated. Hotel next door is a bonus as the food is excellent.
