I am disappointed with the top soil that arrived yesterday. Too much stones inside and it is a lot of effort for me to pick them up and I could never pick up all of them because there are just too many. I was told this is the best quality in the market but obviously not. I also ordered from this place a year ago and this wasnt the case. Very disappointed. 2 stars for the effort to open 02/01/2024 and quick delivery.

Been going here for years since I was an apprentice and keep coming back.
Good people to deal with and have plenty of items and stock for your construction needs.

Firstly just want to mention the people giving one star obviously are not regulars, have nothing better going on.

These guys are best! Great prices, honest, enjoy helping others and a great family business.

Next time your driver's should be more careful on the road driving as if this was an old lady in my shoes she wouldn't have time to break and would of been squashed because your driver decided to go speeding through streets and not stop at round about and like I said to your driver and on the phone to this company I will be forwarding the dash cam to the police as I got abused by both

Ordered gypsum to be delivered. Driver said the owners wanted me to check it out before he dumped it, basically if I was happy with all the rocks in it! Had to then sift through it all with my own hands. Should've declined and ordered somewhere else

Alexander's has a large selection of sand, mulch, gravel, stones and many building supplies. Everything you need to build your garden can be found here at reasonable prices. The service is friendly, prompt and professional and I recommend going here.

Disgusting service. The lady on the reception has got such a foul mouth and needs to be taught some manners. The way she spoke to a minor was absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend this business to anyone!

Just spoke to who ever it is you have on the desk over the phone, i was asking to speak to someone to open a builders acc.and she told me i was a waste of time!

Can I suggest that staff use manners and be polite instead of making the customer feel like they're just a pain in the butt. After all, we're there to give you our money. Very disappointed.
