A smaller Aldi store than others so the ranges are a little limited. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful which makes the trip worthwhile.

They sell expired items last time I bought Apple Juice and when I took home my pregnant wife drink it and she said Why test so different and i ran check expired date but 30/08/23 no because too much acid comes out and the bottles become big like balloons

Great value and specials. The checkout situation is ludicrous. If I have to pack my own bags at least give me some space to do it. The one thing that could be my deal breaker.

A lot nicer after the renovations. Aisles are clearly marked and well spaced. Lots of free parking available. Checkout staff could open more registers during rush hours.

Bit scrappy here, overall I prefer the Edgewater Blvd Aldi, seems to have high staff turnover & mngr fairly condescending/imperious about it all.

I don't shop here because, everything is all over the shop. I don't need Aldi at Central West, Coles is a nicer experience.

Thankyou to the 2 guys that helped me out locating the German beers. But the youngish asian checkout lady with coloured hair at terminal 88201203 at 13.12 was a sour rude woman who has such a big chip on her shoulder that she should go live in the dark. When a human stops their call to say hi to you, says thankyou and shows their bags etc, the least expected is eye contact or a thankyou. Not just $30.78.and you might think, maybe they didn't hear or are deaf. But on standing in front and clearly articulating the Question of "can you hear me" and they answer yes, you'd think you could actually have them understand that it is normal to acknowledge people when they speak to you. She just got irritated and irrate and started asking other people (don't know who) loudly, "what is she saying, what's your problem". There's a time to give up on others having any decency, some people just need to sort out their toxic attitudes or live their whole lives alone and feeling like a victim.

Amazing staff. Amazing customer service. Always get my shopping scanned super fast. Issues only arise whenpeoeesple slow down line by arguing with staff about bag check and selfish people refuse to bag at the counter they have behind slowing the line down.

Okay after shopping fortnightly at ALDI and dropping north of $200 on their goods and specials. ALDI really need to check their staff and their attitudes when I saw a female checkout be rude to a customer with limited English I kept quite even thou this did not sit well with me, when a young checkout handled my food with force it fell in the floor and he laughed till I said I don't want it and then he gave me attitude I said nothing and reported nothing. Now after having the male checkout search us everytime we there and claim to search others but clearly doesn't and still gets hostile when we comply and show him out bags and shopping bags and say nothing I think I will leave this here. Like seriously what is going on? I get retail staff put up with alot but if you don't like the pleasantries for the job. Get another job. Further more I wonder what you think of yourselves racially vilifying people that clearly you don't like the look off because they look different or are against the grain in appearance this does not make people thieves. Is that the portrayal of the stores ethics? Discrimination is really rife from what I see. I reckon the staff needs a refresher on how to treat people and management relook at the code of conduct in the way the customers are treated before you get yourself in trouble with the human rights Commission of Australia.

I liked it in there nice and cheap bud security was rude I think as j walked in and the person who served me was rude to but I could ask or say do you want to look in my bag he asked to and wouldn't scan my stuff until he seen in my bag which I found very rude

Amazing store, amazing customer service. To counter mr dragons review, I was there by standing and he literally had a hissy fit and started yelling at poor staffer because they wanted to check his bag….

Aldi has always been my go to place to shop because the price and specials. Customer service is always nice and quick.

Every time I am in the checkout seems the workers are more interested in their phones than actually doing the work.

Need more variety of and more shelves as well get more of thing they advertise not 1 say soldout

Products seems to always be out of stock at this Aldi. Needs to improve to match other aldi stores.

Pleasant isles but this aldi is a little smaller then the others also is situated in a small shopping centre. Very convenient if you are a casual small shopper.

I went into Aldi today at 2pm to do my shopping I had a bag of groceries and 7kg bag of Optima dry dog food all of which I had recipt’s for, apron check out she asked to see my bags no big deal but when she went through all items on my receipt I was made to feel like a criminal never again will I shop there!

Recently i went shopping and buy two items which worth 17.99$ buy in my card they charge 24.09$ in just 2 min i went back and ask them.but ask me the docket by the time i didn’t take, poor customer service didn’t check the transaction.and my problem was resolved.

It's Aldi. Every week the staff ask to look in my trolley. There is far too much plastic packaging as in all Aldi and they don't offer plastic recycling.
