Clean and tidy. Price tags on all items. Good stock filling. Visible lighting, smiling customer service.

Need to encourage card payment with no fee.

Despite lockdown. This store is coping with the demand. Store is always clean and employs great staff

Large shopping area plenty to chose from great staff large parking area plenty of trolleys to chose from handicap parking to easy access

Much better prices and quality than I thought.
I would still need a few things from elsewhere due to allergies but great place to shop.
Efficient and fast cashier too.

I was happy to find as lot of specials because everytime I go after work nearly everything had sold out this is the middle aisle which they sell homewares, linen etc

It's a typical Aldi store that has what you wanted, and then go to another grocery store for what you couldn't get there.

Typical Aldi, not great customer service. You won't get anyone when you need. Everyone is very busy. By the time they scan, you can't manage to pack. Price now a days getting close to Coles or Woolworths.

Quiet today (long weekend Sunday). Not sure why. Shelves well stocked though they aren’t always. But friendly helpful staff as always (despite having to wear masks).

It's Easter Sunday. ALL the advertisement for this ALDI says it will be opened at 830am in the morning.

However they have not honoured their opening hours and told us to wait till 9.

Not happy aldi

Always a better experience than Coles and Woolies. The staff are well trained and behave a lot better.

They need express only 2 items only and had to wait for the person in front of me which was a full trolley and they only had 2 people serving no happy

Disabled parking should be closer to store, not a row back. Otherwise good store with friendly staff

Upon entry the hand sanitizer station was empty, l had my own as did the person before me. Staff were notified when l was at the check out.
There was plenty of toilet paper, tissues and paper towel.

I was at Aldi in Werribee this morning and didn't have a very nice experience with one of the cashiers at register 5 at 10: 00AM.
The girl with the piercing voice working register 5 this morning Demanded that we open our bags to show her which I do understand but why would I steal something after just spending $150 on my weekly shop?
May I also just add the fact that she kept looking at us like we were criminals and steeling from the shop this made me extremely uncomfortable and weary to return back to this store.
But what got me the most is the fact that after we finished and payed and proceeded to pack our stuff. I observed that customers with backpacks and multiple shopping bags were going through and she wasn't asking for them to show her their bags which I was a bit confused at this.
I don't know what the difference was between me and them but this experience was extremely disturbing.

This is my local store. I am always pleased with the service of the staff. The stock levels cannot be helped, staff are trying their best, thank you.

This team needs a raise, the staff are working so hard in there, long queues of annoyed and angry customers the team serving us were so quick and friendly even though they were understaffed and struggling to keep up with demand. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service staff! Maybe their management team should step up and get in there and help out

Aldi Supermarket, situated at 77/83 Synnot Street, Werribee. Vic, is a very good discount supermarket. They have a weekly catalogue, of specials, released each week. Everything in-store is layed out in 3 isles and all items are easy to see. The staff, working here, are all wonderful, friendly and helpful. If you have any queries don't hesitate to ask

I love Australian Aldi's! This one had an awesome collection of ski gear. You could outfit yourself for an entire trip for the cost of one pair of pants somewhere else.

I wish American Aldi's would get carmelized onion hummus. It's fantastic!

Love the specials! Always there's something unique & the prices are great on the specials. I've checked & compared the prices of similar items!
