ALDI Sunbury reviews
52I don't mind the place, but I just wish they would wait till my trolley was in place before they started scanning. I find it impolite when they just stack things on top of things when there's no room left, and they never wait for you to catch up.
Of late the shelves have been bear. Not sure if it's lack of a delivery or lack of staff to put the things out.
Makes shopping here hard work.
I hope it improves soon.
The best cheese kranskys I have ever eaten. Good frozen food selections as well. Still like the kranskys.
Love going to Aldi Sunbury. The staff are always friendly, helpful and go out of their way to assist with finding what I'm looking for. Thank you for your wonderful service. The store is always so clean too.
It's Aldi - stick to your guns and you'll get in & out without unnecessary purchases - it would be better if trolleys were free & there was more parking, otherwise it's Aldi
We used to be predominantly safe way but now we are Aldi.
There are only two things that I can REALLY FAULT with Aldi
1. No dairy Free options especially when it's a major thing in society today
And
2. Never enough checkouts open.
But otherwise I love it
I've been to a lot of Aldi Stores same format but what I like in Sunbury one it's clean and items are properly placed not messy and confusing all you have to do Sunbury Aldi is to maintain that and constantly improve your store. Prices are reasonable it's quite cheaper than the big grocery stores.
Was shopping at Aldi sunbury. Dropped case of beer and broke a bottle. Store assistant Brendon was quick to clean the mess and replaced the case without even requesting as it was not their fault.
Place is always clean and inviting.
SMALL BUT SMART, LOTS OF NECESSARY THINGS, PLUS PLENTY OF COOL WORK AND PLAY BARGAINS, NEW ITEMS APPEAR REGULARLY.
Smaller than most ALDI stores but well-stocked and very clean with polite, friendly, well-presented staff.
Love love love Aldi
Aldi saved my life
I buy everything from Aldi
Food dishes clothes shopping toilet paper which is the best and cheapest
Cant fault them
The good thing for shopping at Aldi is due to their cheaper price but don't expect too much for the service. If you're lucky, you might can be served by a nice lady at the checkout who will greet and smile at you, but if you accidentally served by the rude or impolite person, they might just say 'hello' just for formality and then throw the catalogue to you. Be nice to those who nice, be fair to those who didn't nice. That's the point ️
It’s an Aldi…they are all the same.
Dairy and veg on the outside isles, “special buys” down the middle.
Have to pack my own bags, but that seems the way of things. Possibly a taste of the German self reliance and efficiency.
Shopping here saves me so much money every week. Its usually busy on a saturday morning and early afternoon, so I avoid shopping there around that time. Can usually get most of the items I need.
Since it has become the law for all shops and restaurants and cafes to have the QR Code in place, it seems people not using the Aldi's one. Been there three times in the past 2 weeks and it seems I am the only one using it. However today was the next step that could make matters worse for Aldi in that the Code was not working today. Perhaps it may not be Aldi's fault and 5he issue could be App. But the main reason for this review is that I don't see many, if any one, checks in when shopping or even just browsing in Aldi's.
I had 6 bottles of cola and her charged me for 12.
I had them in the trolley and her I told I got 6 in total and her put in 12 how can you do that!
Be careful when you shop at ALDI Sunbury.
Staff are friendly knowledgeable and very happy to assist in any way they can. The product line is good the quality is up there. Shelves are very well stocked. There is so much variety available and pretty much a one stop supermarket shop. Store was very clean and well maintained
Its an aldi, it has all the usual aldi stuff.
Its next to a chemist warehouse which is handy and it has enough room to park with a trailer on the car, that can be important at times. There are acouple of takeaways near by and a good asian shop on the lower level for your cooking ingrediants.
Love Aldi Sunbury.
We need smaller trolleys for the elderly.
The big ones are too hard to push around.
Staff are always pleasant and all stock are always fresh stocked up.
Always a hit.
Unfortunately I'm finding it difficult to remain shopping at any ALDI store. When I try to get information about poor service or product quality I get the run around. Today I just wanted to give feedback about milk and it goes sour around 5 days before the date. I was told to ring 13aldi. But that number does not take calls. Where is the customer service?
