ALDI Melton

Frustrating with lo g queues and manager standing right there not even offering to open another register. Just straightening up stock in the box instead of serving customers

Really poor customer service from Alex on checkout. 20 people in que 1 register. When pointed out that there was no room to store shopping while i paid was told the she diden't design checkout. Treating population of Melton with contempt.

The worst customer experience I have ever experience in any of the store. The first time it happened when I wanted to leave the store without buying anything and I had my ten years old kid with me. While leavign through the counter, the person at the counter nearly scream at me and remind me of social distancing. WIth his loud voice, I was very humilated in front of everyone.
Enforcing social disance is different as compared not having the safe exit for customers and screamin at them is different thing.
The 2nd encounter happened today when I picked up two packet of tissue boxes from the shelf.staff memeber who was stacking the shelf, told me that we can't have two bags. There was nothing written on the main entry door or on the shelf. I put it back but then I could not find anything written regarding stock control so I pick it up again. This staff member left everything he was doing and came and asked me rudly. " put it back". Again enforcing the stock control is ok, but not communicating with the customers and suddenly reminding customers that it is a policy now like a school teacher is something very embaracing.
I notice that it is totally different time of customer service if you have the same skin colour like them or you wear like them.if you are different then expect a different level of behaviour and customer service.

Nice and bright.lovely place to shop. I prefer here for meat as they have smaller sizes in the things I want and it works out cheaper as well.

Store was clean and fresh as expected. A few meat items appeared in limited supply, but insufficient to impact my grocery list. Thumbs up.

Great store, not far to walk to front door and trolleys. Heaps of parking, great for a quick shop.

This is a smaller Aldi store so if you want something unique you properly won't find it. Has a great selection of the basic pantry, fridge, bakery and fridge needs.

I was doing some shopping here 18.09.21 @ approx 1830.shopping experience was great, done my shopping and packing my groceries.whilst doing that I overheard some chatter beside one of the counters. It was a staff member purchasing some products and another staff member serving. I'm all for workplace banter and jokes but there is a time and a place.the staff member purchasing said "I would like to make a complaint about the service here" to which the checkout staff member replies "oh yeah not a problem just fill in this form and place it in this basket" -pointing at the bin! I thought that was very distasteful. It was a poor reflection on company practises. I hope complaints are dealt with in a more appropriate manner.

Well presented store. Has the usual Aldi problem, not enough registers open. Product and prices are very good.

Staff are friendly knowledgeable and very happy to assist in any way they can. The product line is good the quality is up there. There is so much variety available and pretty much a one stop supermarket shop. Store was very clean and well maintained.

Great shop to get in, grab your groceries and get out, no distractions from other shops, the shelves are usually well stocked.

I love going to this Aldi now for peace and quietness. I used to shop woodgrove but i discovered this and i love going here during weekdays before 12 noon. Perfect time to have nice quick shopping experience. Always stocked with most fresh produce and pantry but somehow i struggle to find GF coco pops cereal on their shelves.

I have been coming to Aldi for the past 11 years. They have low prices, great deals on items you won’t see at other stores and are pretty friendly. You can get your groceries at really great prices.

Always. Very competitive pricing for consistently good quality products. Fruit and veg prices not always at good prices.

Would have given Audi five stars with the people on the cash registers are so slow they get up and down all the time

Aldi shop lot of food has been off like bruised fruit and veggies and peanut butter with black burnt bitts in it and cheese slices missing only 20 in pack instead of 24 very disappointed ️.

Very poor customer service, always on rush and not allowed to load your items. Staff is unprofessional, rude and don't know how to greet the customers! Specially old lady was very rude and looks like not interested to do work.

I'm a solid Aldi shopper. Great prices and the variety is pretty good. It's easy shopping as I don't have to compare a 100 of the same product. That's just un-neccesary in my book. Quality is great and you never know what you will find in that centre aisle. Makes grocery shopping a bit more exciting

Same as all Aldis really. Go in to get the special buys and u less you line up first thing in the morning you miss out. It’s annoying when you work most days and can’t be there when they open.

Great store, very clean and organised, good staff, minimal wait time at checkout as they always open a new checkout if lines get too long. The only complaint I would make is that some customers don't understand that the trolleys don't take actual dollar coins to unlock them and you need an ALDI coin/token to insert into them and some of the trolleys get coins jammed into them making them unusable, maybe they need to add signs explaining this?

Super friendly staff always willing to help you, even help elderly to put their groceries in their bags/trollies. Need to take care of our elderly, Great job Aldi's! Such a pleasant store to shop in.
