Tidy store.
Everything we needed was in stock.
Extremely helpful staff member with fast service.
Layout varies between stores so things were more difficult to find than necessary.
ALDI should have signage to tell you where things are.

Terribly unhygienic food storage in Aldi including bread, fruits and vegetables, especially the bread section. Packaging of bread is very thin, only realized bag had a hole in packaging after bought back the whole loaf of bread, really waste such a big loaf of bread. Saw a piece of bread fall out of its packaging and left in a corner unattended until it turned mouldy. Racks with bread is also very dusty and dirty. Is this the usual food hygiene in Aldi? Very concerning in terms of basic food safety and hygiene.

I came first when they opened in the morning. Paid $100 with my debit card for mobile sim topups but their system didnt print out the topups and the receipts. After half an hour of multiple staff trying, I left without any product but I lost $100. It's been a few weeks complaining with their customer service center. I now live out of town and I don't want/need any voucher to come back to their store. ACCC told me the store should give me back my money. But Aldi keep saying they CAN'T do it virtually/online to transfer back to my credit card. I talked to my bank and they don't believe that Aldi can't automatically do it online.

The shopping baskets are filthy. The fruit and veg is not bad. The range of groceries is ok but most are very unhealthy as are, all of the frozen food and prepared refrigerated meals. The reason you save money is because of unhealthy ingredients.

Big and beautiful store made for standard shopping experience. Self checkout made shopping much quicker and sales on every Wednesday and Saturday.

Not bad although the price is not that cheap as past years and almost close to coles and woolies, still can save few dollars.

Not the best Aldi in Melbourne - sometimes they are out of stock and very often too crowded

Limited but good enough range of food and goods. Please don't buy garlic here and get it from QVM.

UPDATE 02/2023: A few months ago this ALDI was renovated so it's unlike any other ALDI I've ever seen. It now has much more of a market vibe to it and surprisingly for ALDI only has 2 staffed check outs and lots of self serve check outs. For a person who loves ALDI it pains me to say that the self serve check outs are a big fail. Without question they are the worst I have ever used, by a country mile. I feel like I've won Tattslotto if I can get through a check out without needing help. Twice recently I've got part way through my check out when something's gone wrong so I've had to take all my shopping to a staffed check out. It's really not up to ALDI's usual standard.in fact quite the opposite and at times almost turns me off shopping there. I've reduced my rating for this store as a result.

I am a massive ALDI fanboy so bear that in mind. This ALDI used to be a bit of a dump and quite small with low stock levels. It's recently been renovated and is now a pleasure to shop at. Much larger, really pleasant in store design, wide product range including booze. I especially like the freezers which are much better designed than regular supermarket freezers.
The only issue I have, which is not Aldi's fault, is that for some weird reason this particular ALDI seems to be a destination for Chinese tour groups. A horde of tourists (who often don't know how to use their indoor voices) will suddenly descend on the shop, blocking the aisles and checkouts.

A great place to shop with its recent renovation and addition of more bakeries and ready to eat foods. Prices are a little cheaper than other supermarkets, the quality of certain items like fruits and vegetables may not be the highest.

The price compared to value is unbeatable. Clean, fast checkout, friendly, everything in stock, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoided the ripoff at 7/11 or the other corner stores and shopped here. Saved a LOT.

Not alway well stocked, but I got by for most of the stuff I need. If not I just go to IGA not far to get it. I have seen better Aldi.

There was a staff (probably new) did not allow me to return/refund even though I am sure of Aldi’s policy. He insisted that I could not return my stuff no matter what and refused to ask for a second opinion in store.

However, later on I came back, and met two other staff that allowed me to do so. The guy was just unprofessional. But overall I have good experience with Aldi

I often pop into this Aldi because it often has things that the Waterloo store has sold out of.

For some of those grocery items they don't have elsewhere like the untoaated fruit museli and cartwheels!

The staff are very helpful and polite here. They will go out of the way to make your shopping experience a good one. The store is smaller but it has all the essentials. Can't fault anything.
